Really nice hotel with excellent knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff.
Very clean in all areas and great rules to keep pool and pool area spotless and hygienic, never experienced such attention to detail.
Nice breakfast and good choice.
Good central location with easy access to Pisa and Florence.
We arrived on the bus not so far away from Pisa train station. The staff were all quite young, which was fresh. The complex was definitely about relaxing. If you want the noise and sites stay in Pisa itself, or in Terrenia. The room was very comfortable; spacious and with the perfect balcony for reading or just listening to nature. Facilities just a nice stroll in every direction. There is a Michelin star restaurant and one more. We mistakenly thought we were in the Michelin, as the mood and service suggested such. Over the main road is a really friendly bar Tirrenia (see sign Siesta and turn left at end of path) which also rent out beach chairs/beds and umbrellas. This place was perfect access to sun, sea and sand. We only spent two days here, but had a well earned chill out.
It was a pity that there was nowhere to sit outside, as it was not in season, but the sun shone on the balcony in the afternoon so we got some outside time. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful with travel information as we travelled up and down to Florence on a couple of days. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel stay was overall ok for the price. The room and bathroom was clean. The reception staff understood english. The bathroom had alot of water on the floor each time we had a shower. The blind in the room did not work and was told this would be corrected the next day but was not sorted throughout the stay which meant the bedroom on the upper floor was dark. The beach was not the cleanest but was ok. wifi not free. The area has alot of mosquitos in the evening. I would recommend if staying in this hotel or this area to take mosquito repellents.

This hotel 'will' be lovely once the season starts, they were getting ready to open for 2nd June, so swimming pool, bar and restaurants were not open, but did look good. Hotel does not look much from the outside but the condo's are up to date, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen facilities are great, we cooked a couple of meals as we have a couple of kiddies. Only thing missing was a kettle, but no worries we just boiled a saucepan of water no hardship really. Free parking was a bonus, we needed the car as there is not really anything to do around where the hotel is situated, or if there is it was all asleep still. We did however find a really lovely beach restaurant le Adventure really friendly staff, great food and they could not do enough for us. Overall great place as a base but all the sights are at least 25 mins by car away i.e. Leaning Tower, but again no big deal if you have a car. No fantastic restaurants nearby to walk to, the bar across the road from the hotel was unfriendly but I would definitely use this hotel again!
Re: Hotel Manzi
Hotel Manzi is a quaint, family operated, low rise hotel on the banks of the Mediterranean Sea. It is separated from the sea by a narrow road and a pedestrian walk way. Some of the rooms overlook the sea and it feels like you are right on the water's edge.
The hotel is a short distance from the new marina located at the entrance to the River Arno, and walking distance to all amenities in town including caffes and restaurants.
Service is adequate, the hotel and room very clean and breakfast was fresh and varied.
The hotel was modestly priced and great value for the money.

I base my reviews on the price and what is advertised.
For the price, the hotel was perfect and I compare the price to what is available in the same area. In the same area, the price were much more higher than this place. This place was clean and we had no troubles with any of the services.
The staff were very friendly and helpful as well!
Anyone who complained about the breakfast: This is Italy, if you want an English breakfast, go to Benidorm.
I would stay here again.

A typical beach resort on the Versilia coast, Tirrenia extends along a 10-kilometre stretch of fine sand, sheltered by pines and a scenic backdrop of the Alps. Regular buses run from Pisa and the resort attracts crowds of locals at weekends. Water pollution is sometimes a problem, but there are plenty of leisure activities beyond the beach. Boat trips, nightspots, country clubs and friendly family restaurants appeal to visitors of all ages.
