The room was nice and big , super clean . We even had a kitchen in the room , mini bar prices are very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from downtown by walking. We loved it ! Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel
I was so impressed about the size of the rooms. I spent 2 nights in a room and after my father left the hotel I moved for another night in another very big room. Huge rooms… and very clean. All the staff very friendly. I will come back here again next week! Thank you

Disappointing experience
Air conditioning not functioning in the room - had to stay in almost 30C. Unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was consisting of grilled sandwiches every morning, no other options.

Not my best choice
We had to call to let us in because the door was locked. When we went inside we found our keys on the counter with our names on them. Then we could not figure out the elevator so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. We also could not figure out the air conditioning for a while. Finally we found the remote and turn the air on. Breakfast was included but we had no idea. I would never stay here again. Thank goodness I had someone with me who could call a Romanian phone number for help.

Perfect place to stay at. Literally the best in town in my opinion. Calm, clean, old style luxury, everything was perfect. One thing i didn’t like was the distance between the doors and the double bed, i’ve managed to hit the bed corner a couple of times, but the quality of the bed made up for it. Great stay!

The beds were a little to hard but our stay was overall very good. My wife has a breathing problem when she smells strong odours. The entrance and reception area had a very strong smell, perfume or deodorizer that made it very hard for her to breathe.

Clean, comfortable apartment
The Iosefin is made up of apartments. Mine was a large first floor apartment - it had a big seating area with sofa and large TV, and dining table. The bedroom was also huge with a lovely view. The decorations are a little dated, but the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay whether for business or a leisure trip.

Comfortable one nights stay.
A little way out of the centre but still ok for purposes. The bedroom was very spacious with a large bathroom and a good kitchen area, so you could eat in your room if you decided this. I ate in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Very helpful staff lady on reception.

We were only there for one night but a very nice hotel. We had low expectations but when we arrived the room was huge (technically rooms, plural). Very decent food downstairs as well. All in all a very good experience.

Good place in walking distance from the center
Front desk wasn’t very friendly, but they did their job. Only complaint is the hot water kettle had old stagnant water in it; could have used some extra cleaning before I checked in. In the end I didn’t need it, so it wasn’t an issue.

Large room, very clean. Slightly dated decor but functional. Washer in the room very useful. Note that the hotel does NOT have its own parking despite the description. There is however street parking available outside (free on weekends) but obviously availability can't be guaranteed.

Good location, close to town center.
Good place for an overnight stay before flying out from the airport. Very central location and easy parking on the street. Easy walk to the town square which was great for dining and the cafe scene. Well worth exploring the area.

Located just minutes from city center, spacious room, elegant hotel with restaurant. Breakfast includes eggs, patê, yogurt, fresh fruits, very adequate...bed was extremely comfortable. As an apartment with kitchenette and large fridge...only needed to request towels.

one of the best places to stay in Romania
This was the next best thing to being home. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating, speaking excellent English. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, the wifi is stable and very good, there was always hot water and anything you requested they would help you locate. This is one of the best places I have stayed in Romania!

A quiet comfortable hotel in the city
A warm quiet location close to the city centre with good restaurant attached for breakfast and other meals. Limited selection on show at the breakfast buffet - but will make what you want - you just need to ask. Weather was bitterly cold outside -11 deg C but hotel was warm and apartment was very comfortable with stove, pots, plates and cutlery if you wanted to self cater or make the occasional hot drink. Only negative was the hair dryer did not work for my wife.
