We had several issues in our last stay, we usually stay with them multiple times a year but this time we had visitors and they usually charge around 30 dlls per extra person but they were trying to charge them full price, then we got a huge electric charge when getting out of the hot tub, and if that wasn’t enough they charged me the security deposit instead of holding and releasing and they are unresponsive to get my money back, I’m never going back there since it’s unsafe and they’re not responding to give my money back

Initially it seemed like this place was going to be great. Check in was pretty smooth. Settled in and noticed the remote for the living room tv was not working. Called it in and then went out for dinner. Upon return, my key did not open the gate, no biggie, staff opened and reset my key. Go to my room and key still doesn’t work. Shortly staff fixed the issue. Return to the villa to find the tv itself is now not working. Made staff aware. She took the control to “get fixed” and said she’d return. An hour went by, nothing. Called the front office and they said, “oh yeah, we forgot. Be right there.” Gentleman comes in and says there’s no fixing the issue. Tells me as courtesy I can have a late check out. I mentioned I was leaving early. He returns with a new tv and makes the switch. Great.. now we can finally rest. But wait…. There’s more. Walk into the bedroom and nearly slip on a huge puddle of water. Look under the bed and it is completely wet. Called the front office to make them aware. Minutes later this man shows up to the villa handing me a mop. I kindly told him I did not drive 5 hours from home to mop the place, if they couldn’t make the place hospitable, I’d like a refund and I’d leave that very moment. He rudely said that’s up to me and he was just told to bring me a mop. Returned to say everyone has left so he guesses he’d have to do it. Came in with the worst attitude to mop the room and stormed out. Place sucks. Never again.

I did the reservation under my name but paid with my husband’s credit card. When we arrived the receptionist asked us to change reservation because I paid with his debit card. We share same last name so, I don’t get why we were asked to make that change. I like the location and the fact that the back yard goes to the ocean but the sofa and living room could have been vacuum and clean before our arrival. There was sand on the sofa.

I was here before so I booked again and I had booked according to rhe web site the higher villa again for 5 people , i got the same villa aa last time but for more money, did asked but they could not tell me why, I like the villa but not sure I will stay here again, sourroundings are very scary going in .

The place was beautiful, it was hard to keep the sand out! There was no direct access to the beach. During our trip the Mexican Army was everywhere and we weren't sure what was going on. There was a very round about way to get to the main street with the shops. We didn't get a reminder for our reservation which was weird. There was also a resort fee, nothing to wild and crazy, but it wasn't listed on the original reservation. It really liked it overall.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Doors to balconies to beach are closed because they have no stairs just a tall leading edge to ground. No a/c and rental is so hot you sweating sitting in there watching tv. Everything in rental that is metal is rusted and has a odor like the ocean flooded the rental and still smells. Also they will charge a 300+ deposit that was not stated at booking.

The apartment had a lot of walls cracked. It has a high balcony with out fences. Very dangerous. The beach side is filthy. The rooms are over priced. after 4 people they charge more with out providing a rolling bed or a matress. The bathroom towels are old and stained. They look like floor rugs. Not coming back.

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend this place at all. False advertisement. Place is like a ghost town. Pictures of Villas are nothing to what you walk into. Property Villa was unsafe all the way around, caution tape on door, contaminated beach, horrible smell, no safety rails on balcony, extremely unsafe for children or anyone for that matter, staff unwilling to work with you or listen to you, refuse to solve any issue or concern and redirect you elsewhere, refuse to let you speak to property manager. And top it off you get charged extra for using their amenities, extremely disappointed. DO NOT BOOK HERE

I’d like to say that Gisselle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! We’d loved that we had direct access to the beach from our Villa. Other than that it was wonderful, guards also exceptional especially Fernando at the main gate entrance! Thank you and see you soon!
