Dont like that if we are a family of 5 i would be required to get an extra room when all 3 of my children are under the age of 13 under. Im ok with them sleeping in another room by themselves.

Check in mixed feelings someone will make you believe they are there for you then you find out is not real but going back and asking a second time another staff member we got helped with check in real quick ....staff at restaurant very helpful great food good variety sunday brunch staff will offer to bring mimosas to your table and broiled carne asada tacos also got offered broiled oysters at your table besides other good very well prepared dishes very aromatic tasty auntentic food with herbs real cuisine not generic ...good brunch and good job to kitchen staff !

Everything you need is at your fingertips - including food and drinks. The staff is super professional and friendly. I have to mention Claudia who checked us both in and out in an efficient and friendly manner. She could train others in the hospitality world on how to treat customers! Fernando assisted with luggage and finding everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The service and the room is not worth it for $198.57/ tax. Upon check out, I called the front desk to help me for my luggages. They said they will send someone, I waited and waited, but nobody came. I decided to carry all my stuffs by myself from 6th flor to the lobby. Then I saw the bell boy was just outside waiting. Probably the front desk lady I talked to forgot about me. Then when she saw me she called the bell bot to help me carry my stuffs, for what? To bring it to my car? Why do I need it for if I got from my room to the lobby. Very poor service for the price.

I have stayed at the hotel before, I find it a nice option for a couple of nights. The restaurants are pretty good albeit one of the (pool side) a bit pricey, but the food and service were excellent. Plenty of outdoor secure parking.
