“The hotel manager was unfriendly and she didn't appear to be welcoming.”

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The rooms were extremely basic -NO lamps-only light in room was a very basic ceiling fixture, had a small TV. Breakfast was supposed to be continental just bread and home made jam with a bottle of orange juice it was so basic . Cheese was extra cost, expensive breakfast, should have been included in B&B price.The hotel and the rooms looked very old including the furnishing . There were cobwebs on the walls (which you can't see because of the dim lighting), the towels are threadbare, the beds are hard and the pillows flat. No fan in the room, uncomfortable in the room due to style air. The service we got from this hotel was also poor, the lady manager was unfriendly and no understanding of customer care. She was more interested in getting me to sign the credit card payment as soon as we arrived there.

Hôtel situé très haut dans Lugano, compter 20 minutes à pied pour le centre-ville et la gare. Accueil assuré en français. Hôtel assez ancien, qui mériterait une rénovation. Nous avons toutefois bien dormi. Un accès internet est fourni gratuitement par wifi. Nous voyagions à vélo, nous avons pu garer nos vélos dans le jardin en passant par l'intérieur de l’hôtel, ce qui fut peu pratique. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Le paiement en espèces est demandé, on peut toutefois régler par carte bancaire.
