“Better than we expected”

The hotel eden was excellent in all ways especially the staff who were most helfull .The courtesay bus to and from airport was a bonus . The food quality and service was very good. Consierge Service very good. The only slight downside for a 70 year + Couple was the underpass to dining area from main hotel was a dragg

“A very good hotel”

The Grand Hotel Eden is very good overall. The hotel personnel is very helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also very good and the service is excellent. Also, they have a complimentary shuttle bus from and to Lugano airport, but you need to pre-book it.
