Absolutely stunning, the staff was so friendly, accommodating and respectful. Great buffet options for breakfast and dinner. Walking distance from beach and park, so quite and peaceful place.

It is an oasis of peace and calm. The minute we drove through the gates it was as if we were miles from the big city. This was our third visit here and we will def go back on our next journey to India. Walking distance to the beach makes this property even more attractive. We had some difficulty communicating with the wait staff at the restaurant. But, all balanced out well. The location near the airport just can’t be beat if you have an early flight. You are literally 10 mins from the drop off.

No Bar, no liquor license at this hotel. I learnt that the hotel did not have a bar only after I arrived I did not check in at Uday Suites. Instead, I got a room at Uday Samudra, Kovalam - another hitel owned by the same group. Uday Samudra was fantastic

Their customer service was exceptional. I loved their tropical jungle-garden. Next time I fly into Trivandrum in order to go to Amritapuri Ashram, I am definitely coming back to Uday Suites 🌝😍

The room was spacious and property just 10 mins drive from the airport. The staff were also very helpful any time I needed assistance. I asked for a room near the lift and they tried to find one for me. I had lost my wallet in my room and the staff followed up with me closely, even though I called at 3am.

Amazing place! The room and restaurant are very clean and the quality of food is par excellence. The service in the hotel and restaurant is excellent - the staff are courteous, helpful and have a positive attitude. I was unable to fully utilize the amenities at the hotel, but I wanted to. They have specialized Ayurvedic treatments, a warm pool and a short 15 minute walk to the beach. Their attention to detail and making your stay as pleasant as possible comes across in all their interactions. Their amenities and services are as good as the ones available in good hotels in the US. The hotel is located amidst lush green vegetation and yet only 0.9 km from the airport. The only downside to the stay was that the hotel was difficult to find and the approach road was narrow. I rarely write strongly positive reviews but this hotel was a rare find. I intend to travel back to this hotel and spend more time next year when I visit India again.

A Resort at an Affordable Price
What a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. The place is very well maintained. The pool and gym are excellent. My breakfast was included, and it was excellent. I had dinner at the restaurant, and that was good also. The landscaping is beautiful. It's a short walk, maybe a few hundred meters, to the beach. In the evenings a lot of families go there and it's fun. You do have to take a tuk-tuk, taxi, or Uber downtown, takes fifteen to twenty minutes. I had a great time at the zoo, also visited the Kerala Museum and the Napier Museum. By staying at the Uday, you get to stay at a resort, but you are in easy reach of an interesting city.

Stayed for a couple of nights.Nice clean hotel, lovely pool, very close to airport. All staff friendly especially Reji who very patiently sorted out new flights for us after having our otiginal flights cancelled. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is away from busy city and close to beach.
Room was clean and amenities were standard ones. Balcony overseeing the pool. Breakfast was delicious and choices were plenty. Staff at reception was very accommodating and very attentive. The restaurant staff were always there attending to our needs. Compliments to Ms Feba and the Chef also for your interaction with us whenever we were there. The Ayurveda massage was so soothing. Overall Kudos to all staff.

Very helpful and considerate staff. The buffet meals were excellent. The hotel is clean and well laid out. We have a 6 six year old and a 1 year old, and the staff did every thing they could to make meals more enjoyable.

A breathtaking experience
The rooms are spotless and the rooms are cleaned every morning. The service is excellent and staff was smiling and has helpful. The customers are their number one priority. The hotel is located in a quite place away from the busy roads so their is no vehicle noise. The hotel is just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel has a buffet breakfast system at a fixed time but the hotel is willing to serve breakfast later if you are not able to eat breakfast at the time specified. There is both veg and non-veg food served and the food is cooked to a high standard. The only problem is the hotel is located in a quite place so there is not a lot of shops nearby. the hotel gave us two free nights at Uday Samudra beach hotel which is one of their beach resort located in kovalam. Overall I had a breathtaking experience at Uday suites.

QUIET AND NICE CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND BEACH
I was really amazed of the sylvan setting & surrounding and so close to airport. The hotel was clean, spacious and staff helpful. The restaurant food spread was wholesum. Wifi was strong even in rooms.Would have appreciated for a courtesy pick up,particularly when booked in advance and close to airport. Managed by a three wheeler to reach but not easy to lug around with luggage. Initially hotel did not have my booking but honoured the booking. Hotel provided drop to airport as a courtesy. On a whole value for money.

Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.
