Poor service

Cons: Cleanliness, service, in fact everything. Avoid this hotel
We reached after a bad day on 27 March, and were waiting for half an hour for someone to show us the room. No help was available. The beachview room booked hardly had any view of the beach, with the distance to the beach being 300 metres and a jungle filled of rubbish in between. Food quality was also pathetic. Expedia clients are given the worst possible service. Avoid this hotel.

Decent value but not outstanding

Location: too isolated
Basically the hotel is geared to Indian tourists, so the food is only Indian and, while satisfactory, is not really great value. The staff were all delightful but not really trained well. The pool was inviting but there were no lounge chairs or sunbeds available. It was near enough to a great beach but Kovalam itself was a rickshaw ride home at night......not expensive but some would prefer to be right in Kovalam I am sure.

Worse place ever! Staff were rude and very un-helpful. would not reccommend it at all!!!! We left early as it was so depressing .

Disappointing experience

Cons: Food prices & reception staff
Food prices are exorbitantly high. The authorities take full advantage of the fact that the resort doesn't have good food joint nearby. The reception staffs are extremely rude. The location of the resort is also an issue as it is much inside and to get an Auto someone has to walk a kilometre, the approach road is also narrow and shady post sunset. Overall had a extremely disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
