Very good stay a short ride from city center
The Biverah is well-kept, with a professional staff and good service. The room was clean and neat, as was the location generally. We ordered room service and were pleased with the quality of food. The included breakfast was also quite good, both in quality and variety. Five or more Indian dishes were served buffet style, along with some continental options. The options were somewhat different each day we stayed as well. It is in a good area, though too far to walk to the main tourist attractions in the city. (All is within a short rickshaw ride, though check with hotel staff before you leave to verify the accurate rate for your ride).

Disgusting people... Ordered for a Veg Sandwich particularly and these buffoons gave us a Non Veg Chicken Sandwich... And their excuse is that the club sandwich comes as a non veg only.... Useless hotel

This hotel is in the busy street at Trivandrum
After I reached hotel only I realized this poor hotel less than a minute I canceled my hotel stay and I took room at Udaya Samudra

Its a nice clean hotel with friendly staff but there its location is kind of away from everything, you will have to take cab to go to places.

Awesome experience
Great experience and lovely staffs and great service. Food was amazing and great variety. Will definitely recommend to all. Stay was perfect and the we can see sunrise from the top floor. Pretty close to KIMS and Sree Padmanaban Temple. Hotel is clean and no issues whatsoever. Really enjoyed our two days trip and thank s to the employees who helped us with the checkout.

Poor Guest service
Front desk person did not know the location of the hotel when I called in asking for direction. Room was very warm and something wrong with the AC. Restaurant waiters did not know what they have. Poor management..

Good hotel with amazing food
We just stayed one night. The hotel room was good and the food there was the best food I had of my 3 week trip in India. TRY THE BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA! Unfortunately the room was not as clean as I hoped with stains on the sheets. It was not dangerous But for the price per night it is not acceptable. The service was good But We got Very bad recommendations from the people working there as Well as an overprised taxi. There is a supermarket close-by If one wishes to purchase snacks for a reasonable prise.
