hotel was VERY accommodating in allowing us to check in early and even gave us a free upgrade in room. staff was exceptionally helpful and genial and helped us navigate the area! using room key to access elevator was unusual for us. the information book could have been clearer. amenities werent clear in the book. I had thought that there was a pool or a Jacuzzi but it turned out that there was only a spa that was too pricey for me to use.
Loved everything about this hotel, the staff was welcoming and accommodated every request. Arrived tired from an early flight and they allowed an early check in, allowed time to reboot. The location made touring easy.
The hotel was nice and clean. The lobby is a little confusing as the resterAunt is passed before the main desk. The room was nice but a little awkwardly shaped. The free cookies were a nice touch. The proce was a little much.
I felt like royalty, ...very friendly, customer focused staff. Terrific location near Boston Common and a number of bars and restaurants. Very short walk to Faneuil Hall ... room service was the fastest I have ever seen. Oh and have I mentioned the staff?!? Outrageously courteous. Very happy here and I highly recommend.
