Decent hotel, dated for a 4star though Expected quite a lot more but it's clean and a good place for a stop over Was a wedding on and we were woken up many times during the night..

Staff all seemed pleasant and helpful. Setting of the hotel was lovely. The rooms were a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint. More a 3* than a 4* I would say, but certainly not the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in.

brilliant service the staff were extremely helpful and would do would their best suit your needs i will be visiting again and will look forward to it. I have not got a bad word to say about it and would highly recommend it .

“4* hotel but very disappointing”

I stayed on the first floor of the hotel (room 118)and it was very noisy!!! Lets start: - TV was VERY small; - The mini bar was locked; - There was pubic hair on the bath and the shower curtain was smelly and stained.

I am very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us in December. May I firstly apologise, and secondly assure you that this is not the normal standard that our guests experience. The points you have raised on cleanliness have been investigated and actioned, and comments on the TV size noted. We will be reviewing our in house entertainment next year and hope that you will find our new offering to be more to your liking. Regarding your comments on the mini bar being locked, please allow me to explain that this is an optional service, and keys are freely available form Reception upon request. Perhaps this was not fully comunicated to you and for that, if that was the case, I apologise. I do hope you get the opportunity to visit us again and allow us to show you that your experience was very much a one off.

“Comfortable, pleasant and clean”

Hotel fine, however claim 10 miles from Birmingham, easy access to NEC misleading unless you can fly there like a crow!
