“Better than expected - thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

After reading some reviews, I was a little concerned the service at this hotel wouldn't be up to scratch. But after my 4 night stay I had abolutely nothing to complain about. There is an excellent restaurant and patio area, with great service. The gym is well-manned (I didn't use the spa, so can't comment). The rooms are large and comfortable (I think I had a "superior" room). I feel sure I'll stay here again in the future.

Area recommendations
The beach is the main attraction. Access to the motorway is easy (as in most of Holland). So it is a good, central location for exploring Holland - or as a base from which to make business appointments around the country.

“Our favourite hotel in Noordwijk aan Zee”

Very nice hotel, close to the beach, pleasant staff and good restaurant inside

Schiphol -> train to Leiden Centraal -> bus 40 or 44 to Noordwijk aan Zee, Pickeplein. You might need a OV-chipkaart for the bus.

“Bel hôtel et tarif plutôt intéressant pour un hébergement relativement proche de Schiphol.”

Rien à dire sur cet hôtel à proprement parlé. Spacieux, propreté impeccable, honnête petit-déjeuner, bon acceuil. Juste un petit bémol concernant ce 1er séjour... Bien qu'ayant réservé un chambre avec un lit double, il m'ont fournit, sans plus d'explication, une chambre avec 2 lits simples (à l'arrière et en rez de parking...) alors que l' hôtel était pratiquement vide ?!? Dommage !

Getting there
Pas vraiment d'autre choix qu'en voiture... Mais attention, en taxi de Schiphol, il faut compter environ 30 mnts et 80€ environ. Pour le retour, hors saison, prévoir de commander un taxi à l'avance sinon compter 20 à 30 mnts avant qu'il n'arrive...

“Sehr gute Lage, unweit vom Strand und vom Ort”

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Allerdings fand ich das Parkhaus für Hotelgäste mit € 20,-- pro Tag sehr überteuert. Ich denke für Hotelgäste sollte man nicht so horrende Preise nehmen. KUNDEN bzw. GÄSTESERVICE.!!!! Schön wäre gewesen, wenn im Badezimmer in dem sich eine Dampfdusche befindet etwas Musik gehabt hätte.

Unweit von Noordwijk ist man schnell in Den Haag, Harlem und Amsterdam
Dining
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "De Klucht" unweit des Hotel. Meiden sollte man auf jeden Fall das Retaurant de Butter. Keine Atmosphäre, schlechtes Essen ungeschultes Personal

“Gutes Hotel”

Dies ist ein Hotel mit schönem Ambiente, keine "Bettenburg". Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren vorbildlich. Da das Resaurant ausgebucht war, gab es mit der Restaurantempfehlung für "Pauls Rezept" eine Topadresse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das morgentliche Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Wer wollte, konnte den Tag mit Sekt beginnen. Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Leiden und Harlem, lohnen. Die Hotel eigene Tiefgarage ist sauber und hell. Ich werde dieses Hotel, wenn ich erneut hierher komme, erneut buchen.

“Lasciate perdere...”

Sedicente 5 stelle, lo è solo per i prezzi dei servizi accessori (evitate di farci colazione se non volete buttare 22 euro e cercate di essere indipendenti quanto a connessione internet perché vi salassano, quanto al parcheggio - più di 20 euro al giorno - è evitabile parcheggiando gratis 800 metri più in là). Ad essere generosi potrebbe essere un 4 stelle, ma certamente non tenendo conto di uno staff e di un management di pessimo livello, assolutamente inadatto: è oscuro se lo si deve ad inettitudine o mancanza di volontà o le due cose insieme. Per dirne una (non c'è spazio per tutte), il sottoscritto si è ritrovato una sedicente "deluxe superior room" (panorama: una strada e un parcheggio) con 3 (tre) telefoni che non funzionavano, e non c'è stato verso di averli riparati nei 5 giorni di permanenza.

“nella media della classe di appartenenza”

Camera confortevole, ben arredata e pulita. Il personale non mi è sembrato all'altezza della classe dell'Hotel, risposte evasive e scarsa disponibilità. La connessione internet gestita da una società esterna è un ulteriore complicazione e il tipo di servizio offerto non è del tutto funzionale. Ottima colazione a prezzi non contenuti

“5 Sterne - wofür???”

Besonders enttäuscht waren wir von den mickrigen Serviceleistungen des Hotels, für jede noch so kleine Kleinigkeit, die normalerweise in jedem 3 Sterne Hotel obligatorisch ist, musste man extra bezahlen, z.B. für deutsches Fernsehen. Die Krönung: Für das Ausleihen von Bademänteln sollte man 10euro pro Tag und Person Leihgebühr bezahlen!!! Das Frühstück schlug mit über 20euro ebenfalls kräfig zu Buche, die Gegenleistung dafür war eher enttäuschend. Es gab kein ordentliches Müsli-Buffet und auch sonst war die Auswahl eher überschaubar. Das einzig positive: Die Poffertjes und holländischen Waffeln waren wirklich gut. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr klein, eine winzige Sauna, kleines Dampfbad, winziges Schwimmbad. Hier hat man versucht in einen kleinen Raum alles zu packen, was man an Wellness brauchen könnte. Dementsprechend voll war es dann dort. Das Zimmer war zwar recht groß, allerdings hatte die gelbe Tapete, insbesondere auf der Toilette, erhebliche Sprenkler... Alles in Allem war das Hotel nicht schlecht, aber eben bei weitem kein 5 Sterne Standard, dafür hätten wir erheblich mehr erwartet.
