“Great location but hardly four star.”

This hotel is in a great location, being just five minutes from the main station, but I would seriously question the four-star status. The wi-fi was tremendously expensive and you even have to pay for extra TV stations. You can access wi-fi for free at numerous cafes in Leiden and certainly at most other hotels we have stayed at in Europe and Asia. Just check with the visitor centre. The "bedspread" at Marienpoel was actually a well-worn curtain and our breakfast on day two was almost forgotten despite being paid for when we checked in. The cups were chipped and cracked. Lift your game.

“Proche de la route des fleurs”

Hôtel plutôt bien placé, dommage qu'il faille traverser la gare pour rejoindre le centre.. Service agréable, mais quelques pingreries : chambre avec cuisine mais plaques chauffantes pas activées (en supplément), parking proposé mais payant (j'aurais préféré le savoir dés le début). Le lit bébé aurait également été en supplément. A part ces détails, globalement recommandable
