"Friendly and warm reception, the hotel is basic but we were comfortable. The twin room was ok, big enough for two, with clean beds, mattresses and sheets. The bathroom was quite small but useable with clean towels and basic soap and shampoo/shower gel and the water pressure is very good. We could hear some noise from other rooms and hallway but nothing excessive, just normal activity. The road outside is very busy but the windows, when closed, block most of the noise. There's a very small elevator that's good enough to take one person with luggage to the upper floors. They can keep your bags safe if you arrive before your room is ready or if you need to check out but your train or flight isn't departing until later in the day so you can still enjoy Paris without them. It's a one star hotel that's very central, close to public transport, restaurants, bars, bakeries and other shops and a great base to explore the city on a budget. We stayed three nights over a weekend and would stay again. "

"Stayed 5 nights and this is a very attractive, well-located, clean hotel. The staff is terrific and i mean the front desk staff, the bartenders and wait staff and the cleaning staff! All of them were very friendly and so helpful with directions and recommendations. There are multiple metro stations near-by to get anywhere in and around Paris. Plenty of restaurants and bars including a great italian place, boulangerie and grocery store across the street. I would absolutely stay here again."

"It’s my first time in Marais. I choose this hotel, because I have some friends that live there on the district and they told me about it it’s super well located in this art/vintage/local /cultural district. I walked a lot in Marais. The hotel has the names of the famous painters in each building. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options for people with different tastes. The receptionist people are the best I ever met in my life. They are super friendly and right there for whatever you need. I’ll be back very soon.😊"

"Liked everything about it . Nice restaurants /bakeries nearby, good breakfast selections , cleanliness of place , safe surroundings . Great associates , special shout out to 2 most wonderful ladies who welcomed us on our late arrival March 3 ( Inga and Mena - pls excuse if misspelled names ) , thank you very much everyone for your kindness . We just love visiting Paris and this hotel with a marvelous team work . "
