Excellent stay. Very nice boutique hotel. Location was perfect : nice little street with restaurants, quiet, close to main attractions (walkable). Hotel staff very nice and helpfull. Nice and fresh breakfast. Rooms were spatious and very clean. Two tinny little points (but definitly worth staying there) : pillow could be a little more confortable and rooms could be a little more isolated from noise since we hear a little in the morning. I had a wonderful stay and recommand it to everyone.
Hotel was excellent and staff was very helpful. I was disappointed upon arrival as the type of room reserved was not available, but the hotel compensated this issue by providing complimentary breakfast during our 2-night stay (not included in reservation).
We were very pleased with our stay at Casati Budapest Hotel. The staff was very helpful in arranging our taxi and wake-up call to leave, in printing out email tickets and providing extra pillows. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was tasty.
We stayed at the Six Inn Hotel for 5 days for a city break to Budapest. For the price I was very impressed, our room was small but very clean and with comfortable beds (as long as you like a firm mattress), also with air conditioning and free wifi both of which were very much appreciated. The bathroom was clean and adequate. I asked for an extra pillow which was provided with no fuss.
We booked through expedia so breakfast wasn't included and we would have been charged 9 Euro a day for it. Having tried breakfast on the first morning I would say it's not worth paying the extra; for the same price you can get an excellent European-style breakfast from the restaurants just down the road and have it cooked to order and with proper coffee, freshly squeezed juice etc.
The hotel is well worth the money, it's quiet convenient and with friendly multilingual staff. Highly recommended!
Terezvaros is one of Budapest’s most central districts. Nagymezo utca, the city’s version of Broadway, is lined with cafes, wine bars, and theatres, including the Municipal Operetta Theatre. The oldest metro line in continental Europe runs below ground in this district. Originally constructed in 1896 and revamped to celebrate its 100th anniversary, the line is still in use today.
