Fantastic Bitacora is a win
Hotel Spring Bitacora. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is A*. Travelled: 14th April 2023 We were a group of 6, family, friends and couples ages ranging 17 to 55. We loved the far end adult section with Spa around the pool. If anyone younger than 12 sneaked in the lifeguards within seconds asked them to leave. Bliss. Haha. Entertainment was really good and catered for all. We absolutely loved, 'Rock' night when the bikes came in and we all took advantage of the opportunity to jump on the bikes for a photo. Big up to the bikers for allowing this. What a surprise it was. Everywhere you look there is someone cleaning something. It is reassuring and comforting. They do a splendid job. Food choice was amazing. There really is something for everyone. We appreciated the open cooking stations that had the option of having your food cooked to your liking. English sausages went down a treat at breakfast also. Wine served in the restaurant was of a good quality and even the house wine was palatable. One of our party had an upset stomach for 24 hours. The drinks choice at this hotel is amazing we were All Inclusive and everything even premium drinks and cocktails were included. We would go back to this hotel. It is lovely.

Lovely Hotel in every way.
We are 50's couple. We stayed for 8 nights in this lovely hotel. The beds were comfy, room was big and had a fridge and safe at no extra cost. We had a poolroom view on the 4th floor and the views are great. The breakfast was amazing with large choice of everything. We only ate dinner twice but that was ok with plenty of choices. All the staff we met were nice and helpful. We be back no doubt.

I would recommend this hotel to families in school holidays. It is the complete package. I missed English half term but it was half term in Wales Scotland and Ireland when I arrived. Big mistake! My second week was alot calmer. The adults only pool area is delightful with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and a spa pool. There is a huge variety of food available. The location is perfect for getting about. There was entertainment every night. The only negative was my bed wasn't very comfortable.

I was on an all-inclusive package. The room had a great view and fantastic extended sun lounge area with an outdoor shower. These rooms are only at the end of the building on each floor. The food was pretty basic and they way they work on all-inclusive you need, 1. Arm band, 2. Your room card 3. Registration card.....A bit over the top if you’re just sitting at the pool. Staff friendly. Hotel clean.

Good holiday
this hotel is in a great location. Just a seven minute walk to Las Vistas beach. Also the Safari shopping area and the Oasis shopping area are within easy walking distance. Majority of staff very friendly and polite only a couple of exceptions.

Fantastic hotel
The hotel and location were fabulous. The food in the restaurant was the best we’ve had from an all inclusive. Staff were great too. All in all we had a brilliant time. Lovely pool as well. Animation team so happy go lucky and friendly. Will be back

Second visit to the hotel will definitely return. Good location near the shops/beach and water park. Excellent food lots of fresh fish grilled in front of you. The most enthusiastic entertainment team you will ever meet. Lots of fun. Great for families. Brilliant!

We have stayed in a few hotels in Las Americas and this has been the best one by far. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were really friendly and nothing was any bother.

Clean and comfortable hotel.
This was our third stay at this hotel and as with previous stays we felt ease as soon as we checked in. There were a couple of things we were not happy about, one being that after breakfast when we wanted to sunbathe by the pool almost every lounger was reserved with towels. That is not so bad if they were going to be used in the morning, but when lots of them weren't being used until later in the afternoon it seemed wrong that we could only get a lounger on the slope some way from the pool while the ones near the pool were not being used. The other thing we found annoying was that in the entertainment room after dinner it was difficult to get our drinks as the waiters were always so busy.

We stayed when it was relatively quiet -so there were plenty of sun beds and space by the gorgeous two pools! We had a really huge room that was really nice -with great bathroom, wardrobe etc. All the staff were really nice and friendly but we did have some issues as we had never been on holiday half board and weren't sure how the dining room worked etc. this wasn't explained and there wasn't great explanation about these things (some of the information was in the books given at check in, some wasn't). The food was good at breakfast, and ok at dinner. Not great choices for veggies. The waiting staff at dinner were lovely though. The hotel is in a great area, close to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. There weren't many people our age in groups of friends (it was mainly couples and families) but we still had a really lovely stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, old fashioned hotel
This is a comfortable, old fashioned hotel with a mature and loyal clientelle. We recently enjoyed our third visit and found that it had remained unchanged. It has a safe and cosy atmosphere with the majority of clients being British, mostly from more northern areas. It's central position, being very close to shops and the beach, is a big plus for many.

Great stay for families. Good entertainment, good food, caters for all ages. Biggest negative - Sunbeds - if you like a sunbed then you have to join the mad 6.00am rush to secure your bed with a towel!!! Hotel Bitacora you need to sort this out!!! Apart from that, I would recommend this accomodation.

Nice hotel but no room for my parents
Booked this hotel for 3 nights half board for my parents then 6 consecutive nights direct with the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel lost the expedia booking ( hotels mistake) for the first 3 nights of their stay and my elderly parents had to stay in the sister hotel across the road. As we were also stayin at the bitacora the hotel did give my parents all inclusive bands so they could spend the whole day with us but it's really not acceptable that they were so obviously overbooked.

Nice hotel close to all amenities
Hotel room lovely , newly decorated, very clean, pool view, however noise from the entertainment could be clearly heard even with balcony door closed made it difficult to relax if wanted to have early night or just sit out on balcony, food was excellent , we upgraded to all inclusive which was good value, pools were nice however not enough space around the pool to accommodate enough sunbeds for everyone , consequently having to get up early to try and get a sunbed as people were putting towels down as early as 6am even though the pool area didn't open untill 7am people were using a back enterance to gain access, pool cafe offerd good quick and efficient service with friendly staff, staff in main resterant very pleasant and again efficient, entertainment crew worked very hard and were always friendly , bar staff were often very rushed, and you could wait up to 30 minutes to get served this resulted in the staff coming across as often rude as so rushed they would slam the drinks down this was overall a good hotel but we wont return as too busy for us , however if you like lots of hustle and bustle then this hotel wiil suit you

Veldig mye støy ved bassengområdet fra aktivitetene som foregikk ved bassenget, de som ledet aktivitetene ropte inn i mikrofonen og lyden var ekstremt høy, særlig når man satt på balkongen. Måtte bytte rom til høyere opp for det var umulig å sitte på balkongen når disse aktivitetene skjedde, det samme gjaldt veldig høy musikk. På rommet var det glass og krus, men de ble ikke byttet ut med rene eller vasket på de 10 dagene vi var der. Sengene var utstyrt med plastikk laken under de vanlige, har aldri opplevd det tidligere, og det var ikke behagelig. Ellers var renholdet dårlig, kunne ikke se at det var vasket og det var alltid mye rusk og støv på gulvene etterpå.

Frokost var bra men lunsj og middag var dårlig buffe. Fint vassengområde og fin lekepark til barna. Dårlig oppfølging av resepsjon ved henvendelser. Bra beliggenhet. Mye støy fra underholdning på hotell på kvelden.
