First the good news, the appartments are in a good location, close to the sea and restaurants.
As we had stayed before we knew not to expect 5 star as it is not listed as 5 star.
For those who had not been before think of it as a place you would have visited in the 1950's - bit basic.
There are a lot of steps but there is a wheelchair ramp tucked away in one corner of the property.
Now the not so good bits.
Upon arrival we we're not told about the in-room safe, when in the room, the safe was open and instructions on the front on how to set it,which we did. Got up next morning and the safe would not open so picked up the phone to ring reception, but the phone did not work, so walked up to reception to be told that you have to pay extra for the safe,(we we we're not told this on arrival) I paid the money, got a code but safe still wouldn't open - back up to reception, they said that the code the previous occupants must have timed out. They called in the safe manufacturer who had to come and reset it. Not a pleasant start to the holiday. Fortunately after that only a few minor problems
