“Nice Hotel”
This hotel has a large base of French guests. It seems to be one of French company’s main areas in the resort. It is a bit up the hill so if you are not steady on your feet it might not be the best place for you. The resort bar was friendly if a little over priced in comparison with the local bars. Our room was a flat on the ground floor (block A) with a large private veranda/terrace. It had a large living area, with a kitchen area separated off , a separate toilet/ bathroom and a large comfortable bedroom off a hallway. We did not experience any of the children’s facilities and there did not seem to be a lot of children on the resort during our stay, which suited us. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, the pool was cleaned and maintained every day during our stay there seemed plenty of sun beds and loungers for the guests use. All the reception staff spoke fluent English, and reception was manned 24hours. It was about a 10/15 minute walk down the hill to Los Cristianos beach through the main shopping area. The local pubs are very friendly we made particular use of a local Spanish bar about 50 yards from the hotel just over the roundabout, and the Glass Spider (a British owned and run bar) a couple of hundred yards away turn right at the roundabout and it’s on the left a bit down the hill. Over all an enjoyable stay and we would certainly go back
“Aparthotel Los Alisios- Los Cristianos”
Struttura decisamente vecchia e da rimodernare: mancano i climatizzatori, gli infissi sono vecchi (alcune finestre facevano fatica ad aprirsi e/o a chiudersi), senza alcun isolamento acustico; la notte tra il caldo ed i rumori dall'esterno era una sofferenza... I servizi dell'albergo (per quel poco che ne abbiamo usufruito), ci sono invece sembrato soddisfacenti. Non è posizionato vicinissimo al mare ed al centro (circa 20 minuti a piedi), ma l'impressione è che la maggior parte degli alberghi a Los Cristianos fosse posizionata nella nostra stessa zona
