Could have been better: A. Apartment had no ventilation; door had to be kept open for circulation. B. No air conditioning in apartment; fan in one room was very noisy. C. Apartment wasn’t cleaned everyday. D. Bathroom and rooms were quite run down. E. No hot water around noon.

Laguna 2 was very clean throughout The apartment was also clean and comfortable.Food at restaurant was good and varied and staff were friendly and helpful.The only letdown was the condition of the resort itself and although very clean it was in dire need of a major overhaul.

The rooms were dated but very clean, and spacious for two people, and the views were amazing from some rooms. As you could see down to the pool and the sea leading to one of the other islands, but it’s not worth all inclusive as the food wasn’t always worth having, little supermarket round the corner works to be cheaper. Some staff were okay, if you needed a taxi they’d call and it’d be here within minutes. Night time bar staff were very friendly. They just didn’t communicate with one another properly and would tell guest difference answers. It’s not fully disabled friendly, but there are lifts available as it’s full of steps and steep slopes.

The staff was not very friendly. I don't expect 5 star services since it's ja 2 star hotel but basic normal customer service should be everywhere. Otherwise nothing to say. It was what I paid for.

There is a lot of uphill walking in the hotel but after informing them before hand about my reduced mobility they gave us a room that reduced the uphill climb. The pool was very nice with plenty of sunbeds a bar and cafe and a baby pool. Staff were very nice and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to and from the local town area. The rooms could do with a refurb but all in all it was a cheap spur of the moment weeks holiday and we would go again.

Mice in room ants in the beds they just charge over the odds no all inclusive wen u have to pay for slush for kids and it finished at 10 o clock never ever come back to this place shocking is not the word

We have stayed here a few times now and can't fault it by any way shape or means. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were a bit wary this time when we arrived as my husband isn't very great at walking long distances without having to rest as he has breathing problems. We were put down by the pool which was great as wasn't too far for swim. But long way up to go out for the evening The added bonus was that there was lift as that was a great benefit so we managed just fine and had a fantastic holiday as always

The apartments need refurb, the bathroom and bedroom doors were completely broken with rotten wood at the bottom of the doo, No wifi in the room.

Great staff very helpful but property is difficult if you have any mobility issues so make sure you get rooms at the top and if you have view it is spectacular! Value for money and good size swimming pool

Basic with some highlights
LP2 is a bit dated and is very much aimed at the 3 star all inc market, there is good value to be had if that's what your looking for, the rooms are basic but clean and the entertainment in the bar is better than many Ive seen, the hotel is on the side of a steep hill so you really want to try and get a room in rows B or C or it will be a bit of a climb....I've used the place twice and would do again, there are a couple of good local Restaurants, El Molino and Fagans Eating House if you fancy something a bit upmarket one night

Although it's located on top of the world the taxis are very cheap, the room very clean, didn't try the pool etc but was told it was very nice. Reception were very helpful

Absolutely loved it, met some great people. In a good area, weather great. Hotel was great, a little bit hilly but that’s what you expect from canaries. Great holiday all round 👌

We stayed in a self catering appt, it was clean and offered good self catering facilities.Would have prefered an appt on the upper floor as there was no sun or view from the lower floor so we never sat outside.Hotel is also situated on a hill and the walk back is annoying after a couple of days, would be better if they had an entrance at the bottom

great pool but room only suitable for 2
Pool is great; however the room configuration is in now way suitable for any more than two people. The staff are friendly but while we stayed there was brown and yellow water coming through the taps - with no warning from any staff who also advised not to drink the tap water generally. The rooms are sparsely furnished with no coffee maker. The rooms are cleaned 3 times a week. Most of the buildings are well or very well painted, making the whole place look nice.

Noisy, no internet, nice view and clean
Well, we had to call reception because some crazy ppl decided to start singing as a group of 20 as loud as they can. That was at 2 am and at 5 am. During the second call I threatened the reception to call the police if the dont solve the problem. The sent actuall someone every time asking the guys stop making noise.... And another big problem is they at hotel didn't have internet at all, even at the reception...not as advertised making us use costly 3g internet.

apartments nice size but tired looking.
staff excellent. Long trek to bar uphill of an evening as our apartment by pool. Would not advise if walking or breathing difficulties. Clean towels and sheets every other day. Bufftet good plenty of choice.

ROOM INFESTED FREEZING POOL
POOL FREEZING when asked told they do not heat the pool in winter. One person all holiday used the pool and the hotel was full. We paid half board and had to pay for a drink of water with the meals. Last the family go to Tenerife several times a year and you expect bugs and roaches but this room was INFESTED.......... Sorry but never again for this hotel.

Cockroach infestation!!
Unfortunately I can't give a good review about this place apart from that the staff were good. We had hundreds of cockroaches in the first room that didn't come out till late. We got moved. And then the next room in the morning that was far away from the other also had a cockroach problem. U can understand a couple... But hundreds...!????? It was not nice. There was stains on sheets and curtains, and both rooms we were left to make up our 3rd bed (baring in mind we booked it as 3 sleeping) it should be done. No tea/coffee etc to make a drink in arrival. Limited kitchen utensils which if self catering would be a problem. Not even a tea towel. Room was very basic which I wasn't expecting any more from it for the price how ever couldn't even use the tv without putting money in it. Glad we were not all inclusive as the food looked not so nice. Pale burgers came out and it didn't make me want to eat there. The pool area was tired and was dirty at the bottom of the pool. And the pool was certainly not heated. Rarely saw a life guard attending the pool which considering the amount of children I was shocked. The man on the snack bar was very nice and fab with my son. The manager on duty that night we were there was really good as got us moved immediately. And luckily was also working the next morning when I had to complain again about the second room. She was very nice and offered the money back which was what i was wanting. Thankfully we were only staying one night and then going!

Quite peaceful and relaxing stay
We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Room spacious basic but clean. Hotel central but on a steep hill. Not a problem for us but maybe for some. Good restaurants beaches and variety of entertainment at night nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.
