“Presslufthammer zum Frühstück”

Historisches Hotel an wunderschönem Stadtpark in der Nähe zur Altstadt gelegen, Klassizistische Ausstattung mit Säulen und Lüstern. Begrünter Patio und schöner Garten mit Pool. Zimmermöbel aus Edelholz in altem verspielten Design aber leider schon abgenutzt (kein Zimmersafe!). Hochwertiges Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl. Personal unaufmerksam, gelangweilt und sogar bei wenig Gästen im Frühstückssaal schnell überfordert. Auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück baut das Hotel derzeit ein Parkhaus. Deshalb gab es an Werktagen den Weckservice mit dem Presslufthammer der Baustelle gratis dazu.

Area recommendations
Altstadt Santa Cruz um die Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de Concepción. Alte Häuser und zahlreiche Restaurants und Kneipen. Altstadt von La Laguna. Unesco-Weltkulturerbe. Mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

“Vu votre offre je rentrerais, sans voiture louée, mais nécessaire”

Très bon : Petit déjeuner Bon : Situation (parc en face, centre assez près) Un peu négatif : Les prix assez élevés (bar, restaurent) Tres négatif : Pas de parking !!! Votre offre (rapport qualité prix) était très bon Mais : Pour le moment, l'hotel ne mérite que 3 étoiles et demi français (vieux bâtiment)

“Preis/Leistung super, aber...”

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war super, aber man sollte Folgendes wissen: - Hotel liegt an der Rambla, also Verkehrslärm, wenn Zimmer zur Strassenseite - Hotel wird erweitert, also Baulärm neben dem derzeitigen Hotelteil nicht auszuschliessen - Hotel verlässt Starwood (u.a. Sheraton) per Ende Februar 2009. Zukunft ungewiss. Bei dem angebotenen Preis dennoch ein tolles Angebot, Zimmerausstattung und Hoteleinrichtungen genügen auch höheren Standards, Publikum sehr angenehm (Mischung zwischen Urlaubern und Geschäftsgästen). Ich war vor der Buchung über Expedia schon einmal dort (2007), als "Selbstbucher" über Starwood. Absolut gleicher Service. Empfehelenswert v.a. für Leute, die im Urlaub (leider) etwas arbeiten müssen und deshalb das Business Center mit WLAN etc. zu schätzen wissen werden.
