“Beautiful hotel in a very superb location close to the main shopping centre, excellent staff”

Me and my daughter had a fabulous stay at San Borondon on our recent holiday and we are extremely grateful to wonderful staff at the hotel who made our stay very warm welcoming and enjoyable. Hotel is absolutely beautiful with really nice airy rooms and balconies overlooking to the pool and the distant sea. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. The courtyard where usually we had our breakfast is in a very Spanish style, food is reasonably priced and menu is very healthy in choice, lots of fruit and salads. Lots of activities such as gym and tennis court is on the site and beautiful pool which is well maintained. We miss so much San Borondon and definetely will plan another trip for the near future.

“Cheap and cheerful”

We booked a superior room, we are still not quite sure what exactly it was superior to. Granted the price was great and we had stayed there previously in a junior suite. In summay this hotel could do with upgrading their bathrooms and include a mini fridge as a courtesy. The hotel caters mainly for Germans, therefore the TV had one English channel, Euronews. From our stay earlier in a junior suite we would recommend it, however, the superior room is disappointing.

“Borondon Hotel Puerto del la Cruz Tenerife”

The hotel was good in size and very clean. They have a small lift but we managed ok with our wheelchair inside it. They have steps and we did not inform them about our wheelchair but they were very good and changed our room to a ground floor one. In would be a good idea to inform them if you reqire diabled access. We had only been in our room 5 mins before the manager phoned to ask us if the room was ok which was very nice of him. On the hotels website it states there is a mini bar and bathrobes but this were not avilable. The tv was only foreign channels apart from euro sport and euro news, the website states it has satellite and cable. The pool was a ggod size but cold. They have table tennis, a gym and a tennis court plus a garden . It would be cheaper to anyone who is going to have breakfast to pay for it there not in advance, a saving of around 5euros a day. It costs just 4 euros for a continatle breakfast paid daily. The bar area is good , they do a special lunch on a wednesday with the chef cooking outside. There were not many English travellers at the hotel , but we did not find this a problem. Overall a good clean hotel which we would use again.

“Das Hotel liegt sehr strandnah, aber doch ruhig und zentral.”

Im Gegensatz zu weiter östl. gelegenen Hotels um den Bereich der Altstadt, findet man hier in der nahen Umgebung noch eher Läden und Cafes, wo eher Einheimische einkaufen. Der Loro Parque, Strand, die Busstation, der Lago de Martianez und auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, können sehr bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei. Der Service ebenso. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Über die kleineren Mängel konnten wir locker hinwegsehen. Wir waren jedenfalls mit allem im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo hotel,consigliato per l'ottima posizione e il prezzo conveniente. Personale molto disponibile e ottime camere. Unica pecca la connessione wireless a pagamento e nonostante questo disponibile solo nell'entrata. Voto complessivo 4su5.

“Sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig”

Immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel - waren bereits zum 4. Mal dort. Unschlagbar im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der Lage. In 3 Minuten Fußweg direkt am Plaza de Charco, also Mitten im Leben von Puerto. Abzüge gibt es für das Frühstück, aber das ist halt spanisch ;-)

sympa mais faut être bricoleur, téléphone mal configurer,obliger de se débrouillé tous seul,porte de la salle de bain qui ce verrouille toute seul,sans parler du tuyau de douche sinon un peut vieux mais pas bétonner contrairement au autre hôtel et bien placé.rustique mais typique,je le recommande quand même magret tous

“Gutes Hotel in Top-Lage”

Gutes Hotel mit nettem Service, im Zentrum, viele Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit vom Strand. Kein eigener Parkplatz, die Strasse ist manchmal sehr vollgeparkt. Frühstück in Ordnung. Pool nicht groß aber hübsch gemacht. Zimmer hatte keine Heizung oder Klimaanlage, war im März aber auch nicht nötig. Wir würden wieder dort buchen!
