“Lovely Place”
An excellent hotel with all the things you would expect from a five-star. In many ways a mini-resort in its own right with pools in a lovely garden setting - waterfalls and separate accommodation blocks. Three dining rooms to choose from with a more-than-adequate breakfast and some imaginative evening dining. Evening entertainment if wanted which does not impinge on sleep in any way. Private access to the public beach and promenade. It is possible to book trips and a car on site, although we did find driving on Tenerife - in the towns- difficult. Once out of town the road system is good. Transfers booked with Expedia were excellent.
“Delightful”
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Good choice of food and excellent entertainment with shops and bars nearby. Two lovely pools with lots of seating. Recommend it to anyone - very relaxing.
“Very happy”
We have just spent a fabulous weeks holiday at this hotel. We were not disappointed with anything, in fact most things were above our expectations. The hotel itself is very Cool and spacious set on four floors. It is very calm and peaceful with sofas everywhere for you to sit quietly out of the sun if you like. The buffet breakfast was superb, so much choice and all the food very fresh and appetising. Our accommodation was to the highest of standards and was cleaned daily by lovely maids. It was nice to have the two pools, the seawater pool was heated and then there was a very refreshing cold water pool with waterfall and all the trees and plants around the pool and sunbathing areas fitted in perfectly. We couldn't have asked for anything more, we Would very much like to return one day to this hotel. All of the staff in the hotel work so hard are are very pleasant and helpful.
“Better than ever”
This was our second visit to the hotel after a few years. It was a favourite on our first visit and did not disappoint. The hotel has a great vibe to it, having been moulded around the site and provided with great landscaping. The staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make our life easier and provide that extra special service on a number of occasions. The buffet breakfast gave a wide range of food that was continuously kept topped up and the evening entertainment had up to three different artistes each evening which were of a high standard. The biggest improvement since we were there previously has been the development around the hotel which provides a great opportunity for a stroll and a choice of restaurants, the best of which are a pleasant ten minute stroll along the seafront in nearby Bahia el Duque. La Nonna was our personal favourite. The trip also takes you past a couple of good shopping centres for a retail therapy break.
“Wonderful stay at the Nivaria”
Just got back from a fantastic stay at the Jardines de Nivaria. We booked a garden view room which was very clean and a good size. Nice touches like chocolates on your pillow and complimentary bowl of fruit and small bottle of red wine. Bed was comfortable and our room had a choice of firm or soft pillows. Bathroom a good size and kept very clean. On our visit it was my wife's birthday, and without prompting (they must have checked passport date of birth) left a bottle of chilled Cava and flowers in the room! Very impressed. Gardens and pool area are beautiful. The heated pool is great, and the cool water pool is nice for a refreshing swim. Water kept remarkably clean for an outdoor holiday pool. We had no problems getting loungers at any time of the day, but I don't know what it's like in peak season. Hotel and grounds are very secure with card entry. Breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. Includes cold meats, cheeses, pastries, freshly squeezed juices, cooked to order bacon and eggs, hot buffet, and best of all - delicious made to order omelettes. The bar offers outside entertainment and lovely cocktails. The acts were varied and good quality, especially the Chinese acrobats (table spinning was unbelievable!) and the Polynesian act was good fun.
“best service”
even though at first the hotel seems a bit old, the atmosphere is very relax, very quite hotel i think maybe the best service i had location very good relative the center of costa adje and the restuarants of the boardwalk
“Great Holiday in Tenerife”
This hotel was excellent and all you may expect from a 5 star rating. The staff were really friendly and helpful with a sense of humour. Restaurant service was top notch. Availability of sun beds and books and towels was first rate and easy. I would go again tomorrow.
“Would go back again!”
Never having been to the Canary Islands before, my choice of this resort was a pleasant surprise.
“Hotel Jardines de Nivaria”
A Lovely hotel. The architecture and design is amazing and all the facilities were brilliant, but the best thing was the staff who could not do enough for you and seem to be very happy in their work. We went enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast and dined out in the evening. There were plenty of restaurants within walking / cycling distance offering good food at reasonable prices. There is a spiral staircase from the sunbathing deck. Take the stairs down to the bottom and your key card opens the door and gate onto the street. I went running to the harbour before breakfast in the morning - lovely views out to sea on the way. The hotel gym was very good and offered bikes for use with a refundable deposit. There were always enough sunbeds if you don't mind not being right next to the pool. Two pools - 1 warm saline and another cooler freshwater with waterfalls and a vigorous jucuzzi in the island between the two pools - i spent alot of time in these during my stay. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. We will definitely return.
“Our best holiday in Costa Adeje”
Having been to Costa Adeje previously and stayed in other 5 star hotels, this was the best yet. A beautiful hotel in lovely gardens, with wonderful swimming pools good food and great service- what more do you need for a relaxing holiday.
