    “The Best Hotel Ever”

    We attended the Hotel Gala and had'nt been there for 2 years. As we walked through the Building Everyone recognised us again and remembered our names. They all seem Genuinely happy to see us. The Staff are the most friendly and helpful I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The whole Gala experience is great. Chris the entertainer is brilliant and the Waiters / Staff Luca, Alex (Maria) , Snr Moreles are fantastic hosts and very good at their Jobs We will go again next year and the next etc.

    Anywhere away from Victoria its a bit seedy but 2 mins outside your in a nice place

    “Keep going back.”

    The Gala is a high quality centrally located hotel. I go there every year for some winter sunshine. I like the buffet style meals and poolside facilities are excellent.

    Area recommendations
    I like Playa de las Americas because I can walk along the sea front to Los Christianos or to Costa Adeje.

    “Two weeks in Paradise after being scalped!”

    The basic room is a bait and switch. We were placed next to the dumpster. Everything is extra. We complained about our room and they were indifferent. $500 later we had a decent room. The safe, excercise equiptment, refrigerator, spa, EVERYTHING is extra. The water in the room has a price of 3 Euro on it. The hotel was in the right location for everything, the rooms were good, the tv had only 2 english stations, both news. I would not return.
