Remarkably great value for money. The interior decor of the apartment needed considerably updated. The Hotel had 3 pools and you could access sun beds quite easily. Initially, it was difficult to navigate the Hotel but once you got used to it it was OK. I have read criticism of the food, but I considered it to be very good. The food was varied and plenty and there was always the possibility of getting nutritious and health food at all times. The Hotel is a very good 3* overall. Transport, local buses were frequent and within 250 Metres of reception. The AI was limited to local drinks, but you could always find an option. I enjoyed my holiday. I would recommend it to people with a budget. Anybody who finds it necessary to complain about what you get for your money should put their hands in their pockets and upgrade to 4, or 5* and there are plenty of those options close by and in other resorts.

The hotel was absolutely fine for our short stay beds comfort but shower got cold after third person showered! Food ok basic but plenty there drinks were all good! Some of the guests were slightly disrespectful of others playing their own loud music around the pool not necessary! But overall really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and quiet hotel. Pools in good condition.also close to the beach if someone like ocean swimming. Free Wifi included but signal good only outside the rooms. Good food and helpful staff.

I liked it was Very quite, wouldn’t stay there again , food was really repetitive, layout of the complex was awful having to go down then up steps to be on the same level , was chucked out of the bar as soon as they stopped serving , the same with the restaurant

Overall experience was satisfactory enough the staff I interacted with were pleasant, language was not too much of a problem. The room and Hotel overall clean, only two minor gripes: No air con in the rooms & as property was on the side of a hill the walk down to the restaurant and pools was fine, however walking back up to where room was not the easiest.

Bathroom needed fixing,toilet seat was falling off and water leaking in the bathroom,our bags were ransacked and small change stolen.The massage staff were great ,they made up for the disappointment

Staff were brilliant especially Migel (reception) Alexandra (dining) Jorge, Luis and David (bar) and Coco (entertainer) only 2 bad points, food at the hotel is of a poor quality and WIFI is very intermittent. All in all for what you pay you cant go wrong here. We will be going back towards the end of the year.

Very pretty area. Staff very helpful. Clean. Good value for money. Far too steep paths. No lifts that I knew about. Old people and young children would not find this easy to get around.

The staff were great if you reported a fault they were there within 10 minutes to fix it The sofa was so old when I went to get up of it I landed on the floor as the end fell of it the curtains had tears in them and hung by a thread at the top The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for self catering

Back again
Stayed here several times, always value for money. Breakfast only so not sure what all inclusive is like. Bit of a walk down hill to beach/bars, but not something that bothers us. Will stay again because we like the area which is quite. Handy for bus though to get up and down the coast.

property i was in was very large but can't say how a lot of things worked or helped as i didn't use them no use for a kitchen as i was all inclusive but had i known prior i would of taken a jar of coffee ( i do hate egg cups of coffee) i think they could take advantage of the lull and close areas down to revamp

Spacious apartment nearby to the beach
The apartment was nice and spacious. It was cleaned every 2 days so cannot fault the cleanliness. The rooms could do with air conditioning as even with the windows open it’s extrneket hot and sometimes uncomfortable due to the heat. This is an ideal place to stay if your looking for somewhere basic that’s clean and by the beach. Reasonably priced and in a very good location - only a 5 minute walk from the cafes, restaraunts, pubs and shops

The hotel is very tired , the outside areas were really nice and obviously looked after with some pride. However the rooms ar3 in dire need of a lick of paint. Cleanliness is also lacking . There were staines and brown splash marks all round the toilet when I arrived and they were still there when I left , this was after I had reported it twice at reception . Maid service every other day was acceptable but was very slap dash in the way she cleaned. The food was always cold and not much variety during the week.

Ideal for relaxing stay, area is quite. Hotel is starting to show a need for a refurbishment, but still OK for price paid. One of the pools was being repaired. We had breakfast only, which offered plenty of food choice.

We was there 5 days not once did they do houae keeping even thought ir clearly stated in reception housekeeping is every other day Made us wait 6 hours to check in considering we had no sleep ans they knew this. Hotel staff where no help in regards to the local amenities almost oblivious to the 5 mins walk to the strip. Food was disgusting so bring enough money ro eat out. Room had bugs every where and bloody German neighbours who kept complaining about day time music playing. So yh avoid

Nice hotel but very tired and dated.
Stayed here for a week with a friend. First room we had was really dirty so asked for another. Were moved and this one was better. But still very dated and old. Furniture and curtains were musty smelling. Lots of stairs and steep hills to walk to get to dining room and pool bar. Dining room chairs needed updating and also the sunbeds. Not enough parasols either. The whole hotel needs an upgrade.

Arrived at hotel after long plane journey through having to be diverted to Gran Canaria owing to Tenerife airport bring closed for a while. Checked in then given a map of where to find our room. Took over half an hour to find it through poor signage. What it doesn't tell you when you look to book here is that it is NOT SUITABLE for anyone with walking difficulties (which I have) and definitely not for anyone in a wheelchair as there are steps to everything - the bar, the pools and the restaurant. On the plus side, the pools are great but again not enough sun beds ot umbrellas and Daniel who was in charge of entertainment but superb. Definitely wouldn't go there again. No beach and no shops to speak of.

Awful hotel never again
I didn't like my stay at this hotel atall. There was a cockroach in the original room and it smelt really bad, we asked for another room and we got another room it still had a cockroach. We paid for wifi in our room which didn't work and didn't get our money back. The breakfast wasn't we tried it once out of our whole stay. I stayed here for my birthday and I wasn't happy with the stay atall I won't be coming here again.

Decent Hotel
I stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of May. I had a mini one bedroom apartment, included a kitchen with cookwear, a small den, bedroom, bathroom and veranda. Only poor experience I had was with the toilet, as it would not flush. I brought it to receptions attention and it was promptly fixed. As for location, the town this hotel is in is quite small, and not a lot going on. There a few decent restaurants around, and a small beach about ten minutes away. It is not very far from Las Americas and Los Christianos if you have a car.. and public transit comes by quite frequently. As I was travelling solo (25), I found that this was not a great place to meet people. The majority of the guests were retirees or young families. The breakfast included in my stay was not bad, it's done buffet style, and there was a fair variety. I did not eat lunch or dinner there, so I can't comment. There are a couple of pools, plenty of chairs, a bar, and some sporting facilities. Overall, I would say its a cheap place to stay, and you get pretty good value for your money, but you would be better off spending your days somewhere a bit more exciting.

this hotel is a bit dated but the rooms were large enough and had everything you need in them theres lots of steps to go up and down and its very hilly around the area.we were all inclusive this was the usual spanish 3star a.i but there was not a great deal of choice no kids menu,san miguel beer and wine on tap that you help yourself too although its served in really small plastic cups.personally i woudnt go back here but the holiday was ok .

The accommodation was nice and we had front view sea , the room was clean , the food quality and variety was quite good and the staff was friendly. The receptionist are been always helpful. A choice of 3 swimming pools.

Very quite not for the young people.
When I went there I felt itimidated as I wasn't part of everyone wasn't really enertsining or comfy it felt old inside and the condition of the bathroom paint on the bath nope I would never stay there but the apartment is a good idea just need the atmosphere more entertainmening.

Main isues here are lack of care! Could easily fix things such as decor.. plaster falling off outside.. replacing broken light bulbs inside.. and making them all the same! Awful smell from warbrobes etc. Check every apartment as they are cleaned at changeover!! It is a hilly site but not unmanagable if you are reasonably fit! Breakfast ok didnt try the other meals. Biggest problem is the pool bar which believes it is a night club and plays music loud all day from 10am until 7pm making it impossible to have a peaceful sunbathe on your balcony or by the pool! Dreadful!!

Not the best location, Hotel needs maintenance.
The hotel is in a nice setting and could be amazing, but it lacks care, attention and maintenance. Just a lick of paint, clean the balconies, create an atmosphere in the restaurant and maybe find an entertainments team? We arrived after 6pm and it was dark, the walk ways down the side of the hotel buildings have lights down them but non of them were switched on/worked during our stay. Had to use the touches on our mobile phones to see the way. Place needs a white wash, the paintwork as pretty dirty, flaky and stained. The coffee and tea machines are on for Breakfast, but are switched off for other meals? Can't I have a coffee on all inclusive after my evening meal. Apparently not? The restaurant is disappointing with regards to the atmosphere, just some background music would be nice. It is like being back at school. Come in, get fed and leave please. The foods itself was hit and miss, some nights it was not too bad, some nights awful. Entertainment/Bar - There is a disconnect between the staff at the bar and entertainments staff and the holiday makers? No connection. I think it is a ploy to not stay and use the All Inclusive package. Most nights we went down the road to a sports bar to watch the football. I just wasn't into Spanish mini quizzes and Bingo. When 11pm comes, they are at the ready with locking the doors and turning off the lights. Place then dies in darkness. Such a shame as the hotel layout and views are pretty good, they have gone budget. Good luck.

Sunset & stars visit to Teide well worth while. For dinner waiters come round with lots more than is put on display initially. All very tasty. Hire a car and visit Masca. Incredible scenery but if you don't like heights take a toilet roll and a driver who does. 2nd gear gets overworked.

The reception area and swimming pools are lovely. The resort is full of steep steps, so don't go there if you are not very fit. The rooms need some up-grading. We were on half board, and pleased we were as the only couple of times we went into the restaurant the food was barely warm. They couldn't print off our return boarding passes and so had to download the Ryan Air App. There is an internet café at the bottom of the hill but an adjoining shop said it was only open on Monday morning

The fact that it had 3 pools and was close to the beach and a bus stop were the only positive points! don't underestimate the importance of a nice cold drink when your on holiday! the food was terrible. the drinks were watered down and nasty. AND even though we booked as half board we couldn't even get a drink with our meal. they tried to charge us 1.60 euros for a little plastic cup of squash. We were a couple and couldn't even get a double bed. best we could do was push two single beds together. overall, disappointed.
