“Great Hotel, Central location. Only 10-15 mins walk to the beach.”

Just returned from our 4th trip to this hotel. Convenient for all bars, restaurants and nightlife, yet in a quiet area. We stayed in a Designer Room, with nice decor and large balcony. Some of the rooms are in shade and not If you like the sun then request a room on the sunny side. Were a bit disappointed we were not given a room overlooking the pool on this occasion as we were on the outside of the hotel. Entertainment in the hotel was first class.

“Brilliant for all types of holiday”

Hotel was big. had a pool with a bar. was 10 min walk to the sandy beach. staff were friendly. they all speak English. rooms were clean and comfortable with small balcony. nice power showers.

Area recommendations
We stuck to Playa de la Americas. nice and chilled out during the day. people of all ages here, not just rowdy youngsters. night life was good, vibrant, plently of places to go crazy.

“Lack of sleep!”

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and hotel is in a convenient location. However, with building work happening on the floor above us, there was hammering all day, and then loud music all night. The bed was also very uncomfortable - not the place to go if you want to sleep!

Family-friendly activities
Loro Parque and Siam Park were great days out: we would recommend the dolphin, orca and sea lion shows!
