“FANTASTIC...............RESORT....”
Thankyou for a fantastic stay and very friendly and helpful reception staff and we had a great deal with Expedia......we wish we could come back as soon as possible. The room was adequate size and bathrom huge. Bed mattress could have been better. Overall, great location next to two main beaches and great beaches for the south of the island. Massive resort so you can use two main pools one more crowded than the other and we enjoyed put put mini golf and table tennis. Highly recommend this place!!!!!
“We Will Return”
We have been going to Tenerife for a number of years and have always gone in Apartments on a self-catering basis. We thought that for a change we would try Hotel accommodation and we were Hugely impressed with the quality and standards of Cleopatras Palace and the whole Marie Nostrum Complex,the Food (we were on Buffet Breakfast) was excellent and set us up for the day and allowed us to visit some of the many fabulous restaraunts that we have come accross over the years in the evenings for dinner. We fully intend to do the same again on future visits.
“Fantastic hotel, perfect service, perfect location”
So good my wife thought we were in the wrong hotel. The only potential issue I can think of would be how they would cope with a coach load booking in at once. Reception was a little disorganized but didn't really affect us as we traveled independently, still, a welcoming glass of bubbly while you wait can't be that bad. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all major European TV channels available. A good hot shower with full size bath sheets. Free beach towels are provided which can be exchanged at the pool as often as you'd like during the week. Breakfast to die for. Eat outside by the pool or inside with the piano playing and have just about anything you want from full English, through omelettes, pancakes, caviar, fruit, cakes/pastries, cereal, yoghurt etc with sparkling wine and/or freshly squeezed orange juice as well as the usual coffee or a choice of teas. The front of the hotel opens onto a pedestrian promenade with a blue flag sandy beach protected from the ocean by sea walls. The various other beaches and various restaurants and bars in Las Americas and Los Christianos are all within an easy 5 minute walk.

Fantastic - cannot recommend more highly. Food first class - staff very professional and friendly - excellent position near great upmarket bars and restaurants - beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers and towels. Very impressive - book this hotel - you will not be dissapointed - promise !!

Fantastic experience !! Guest services went over and above call of duty. I have a foot injury and it was great to have that extra help and thought. The hotel is in a great location, really clean, super friendly staff and well run. Many choices of daytime areas and right on the beach. A ton of activities for all tastes, cannot wait to go back wtihout injury to take full advantage. Very affordable and even though it was full, it never felt overcrowded. Not far from the airport and it is gated so felt very safe. I was on my own but did not feel conspicuous. Great views of mountains and the sea. Greatly, highly recommended for singletons, couples and families, there is a building in the resort for all those tastes. Fabulous selection of TV channels too. Affordable room service. Just great.

“A perfect birthday treat”
Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome straight away offering us champayne. The location was fab with lots of nice restaurants around. Will definatley be going back to this hotel, we thought it was 5*, very clean couldn't fault anything
“Beautiful hotel in lovely beach fron location”
Great two weeks at the Clepatra Hotel. Nice restaurants and shops close by. The breakfast was lovely. Our ten year old loved the mini club which opened at 10.30 a.m. until 6.00 p.m.

“Cleopatra Palace will definitely be going back again and again.”
Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. All the staff we encountered were absolutely charming. Breakfast was excellent. There was nothing more we could have possibly wanted. We could, if we wanted, sit outside by the pool and have breakfast. The pool area was very spacious. Although there was the normal nonsense of people putting their towels on beds and then disappearing, we always found somewhere to sunbathe - actually the pool attendant always found us somewhere. We were only on bed and breakfast so are unable to comment on lunch or dinner. The location is perfect. Come out of the hotel and turn left and there are numerous places to choose from to eat. Alternatively turn right and carry straight on or right again. There was no shortage of restaurants to suit everyone. We will definitely be returning to the Cleopatra Palace.
