Amazing stay!!! Upon arrival we were welcomed by Elsa who was fantastic. We were lucky to be offered a free upgrade to the villas with access to private adult pool. This made a statement for the entire stay. Pool service was excellent, did not go an hour without being asked several times if everything was ok, in addition we received free poolside treats. Room was cleaned twice a day. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was tasty. We dined at the onsite Michelin star restaurant MB which lived up to its reputation and more. Also managed to get in a round of golf which is a must as this shows the best views of the resort. The only fault I would say is that staying in the villas you rely on hotel buggies to pick you up from your room to get you to the other areas of the resort and to the main hotels and on 3 of the 4 occasions we called to be picked up no one ever came. We had to wait up to 20 mins at one point near the villa entries and flag down a buggie to ask to be taken to the top. If this area could be improved upon o efficiency and consistency it would make the stay in the Villas more relaxing. However, despite this, the hotel is still first class and so are the staff! I would return again and recommend to anyone without hesitation. Elsa made our weekend a cut above the rest.
I was a little concerned with the exterior, also no signage re name. The lobby is also very understated. However, Once we reached our room we agreed with the 5 stars and 'boutique' moniker - fabulous! The staff were very attentive, some nice touches with morning fruit and afternoon tea around the pool. A good breakfast - whatever you fancy or use the menu! All in all an excellent if quite expensive week which goes to prove you get what you pay for!

Enjoyed our stay,would return if the oppurtunities arise.Breakfast fit for a king. Pianist excellent,morning and evening.The only slight niggle is relating to human beings being thoughtless and banging their doors at night. Otherwise a perfect stay.
Instant appeal in the lobby and bar area. Unfortunately the rooms (not pool view) whilst clean did not match up to the lobby, the bed was uncomfortable and noise from the air conditioning units was off putting. The food choice was excellent even serving pancakes. Food was warm and well presented. Some wait for tables but as the hotel was full this was to be expected. The a la carte restaurant looked very nice but was expensive. Superb location with access to the sea via the pool area. Pool area is very attractive, extremely well maintained and clean.
Absolutely lovely apartments, beautifully decorated and very well looked after. Extremely quiet & always plenty of sun beds.
Staff extremely friendly but not intrusive in the slightest.
The only downside is the cost. Whilst head and shoulders above anywhere else I've stayed in Tenerife in terms of quality, it's also a lot more expensive.

We stayed here for 6 days, The hotel, food, facilities, location and staff were excellent. There was only 1 thing that let it down. We stayed in the block called Aida with a garden facing room. The problem was that the entertainment in the garden bar ran till 11pm at night. If you wanted to get to sleep before 11pm forget it. We did want a couple of early nights and did not manage to sleep until after the entertainment. But other than this the hotel was amazing and we will go back but will make sure that we don't have a room with the same acoustic drawbacks!

Only one issue was the bed and the pillows were not very comfortable. The bus journey to Loro park booked through the hotel had no air conditioning so we all felt a bit sick. Apart from that it was superb.
