“Simpele maar goede studio appartementen dicht bij zee en promenade.”

Appartementen zijn studio's die gedeeltelijk al zijn gerenoveerd (is ook hoog nodig) de gerenoveerde zien er nu goed en fris uit, meestal de boven verdieping. Onder etage moet voor het meest nog gerenoveerd worden. Ligging is centraal en dicht bij alle voorzieningen. Ook goed voor wat oudere mensen, trap lopen moet wel nog kunnen. Zwak aflopende weg vanaf het complex naar de zee +/- 200 meter. Bus station is in de buurt en is lopend bereikbaar, van hieruit makkelijk te reizen naar Playa de Las Americas en of Los Christionos.
