“General Manager would not work with Expedia on a mistaken booking, Very disappointing service.”
Not impressed with General Manager not helping to make things right on an incorrect booking. Was no help at all in trying to resolve matter.

Everything was fine. Plenty of parking, Great price for quick overnight stay. Helpful desk clerk.

Nice clean motel with no fluff. Breakfast was simple but good. Can't beat the price. Staff was very friendly.
“At little hard to get to.”
The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and appears to live on site, (I tend to believe they would be more likely to keep the unsavory element away from their own home). The room was nicely decorated. My main complaint was the location of the hotel. It's on a one-way interstate access road. In order to get to the hotel you had to wind around through a residential neighborhood. If I had decided to "wing it" and look for a Travelodge along I-35 in Temple, instead of using my GPS, I would have had a frustrating time of it.
“Affordable lacking housekeeping”
Hotel was comfortable for the most part. We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for towels, toilet paper, coffee and cups after the first night. Housekeeping would come in and make the bed, take the dirty linens and put one towel up and leave. I would stay here again but would leave notes every morning for what we needed.
