The place itself was beautiful but the older man at the front desk with glasses was a shameless racist. To see how he treated my boyfriend and other families, was appauling. I checked out immediately and found a new hotel for the remainder of my trip

The room was very nicely kept, in fact the entire hotel is very clean and well kept. The service was friendly and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance or just a short drive away. I would definitely stay there again next time I have business in Temple TX.

Good service, but the rooms are fairly old. The walls were fairly knicked, mirror in bathroom had something on it, and the vanity area in the bathroom was rusted. The pictures don’t show the true age of the property.

Great stay
The sever at breakfast is what makes the entire trip. She is so incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to make your day. The hotel is clean, and up to date, the only complaint is that the beds are HARD.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We I went to the restroom I noticed it was not any tissue, called to the front desk for them to tell me I had to wait because the front desk person was busy so my son had to go get the tissue for me. Then I woke up this morning getting ready to take my shower and noticed there was not any face towels. They gave us a free breakfast voucher for not having any tissue in the bathroom but they could have kept that because the breakfast was cold and nasty, the toast was even stale.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Overall a nice hotel. Urine on the toilet seat and found a few hairs on the sheets on one of the beds. The floor needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast looked great although we did not purchase.

Did not get a room with 2 beds like i booked, wasnt ready, check in was at 3, I arrived at 2:37, wouldnt be ready til closer to 4, had to be at a wedding at 5 and needed to be able to get ready. Took king room and asked for a roll away or pallet for my daughter that was going to staty with us. Got neither.

I was just passing through for the night and needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. Made the reservation around 1:00am Oct 5th and thought it would be quick and painless to get to the hotel and get my room for the night but when I arrived I couldn’t check in until 12:00pm that day and they didn’t have any room for me and did not seem to care and didn’t giving me any options or solutions.
