Stayed just one night due to medical appointment in the area. The rooms/walls are not well insulated. I think there was an elephant in the room above ours as all you could hear was thump, thump, thump from them walking or was it doing laps around the room. Also could carry on conversation with people next door. Thats how loud they were. Other than that room was clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Knew enough tovask for room away from freeway. Just wish I had asked for room on 3rd floor.

The property is nice and there are options for food nearby. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The room was a nice size and well organized. Breakfast was nice and warm and had plenty of options.

Great place. Only complain is room smells like poop when we entered. And even after coming back still smelled like poop even after spraying our perfume. Sofa bed is horrible. Sofa itself is excellent but if you asemble to bed less than 1 star…. Horrible. Cant sleep you can feel all the springs and middle metal. Get 2 queen bed instead of king and sofa bed. Food was good. Bfast.

Complementary breakfast was excellent. Good variety and well supplied. Friendly staff, indoor pool, and workout room were a plus! Carpet in halls is outdated, ice machine broken on 2nd floor, all night freeway noise on the east side.

I stayed at Springhill Suites - Marriott in Temecula form 12/26/23 to 12/28/23 and I must admit that the quality of the room was horrid. I walked into dirty carpets, a weird odor, a light would flicker every 10~ minutes, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the ac was stuck on blowing 60 degrees, the shower head had a large amount of buildup, and there was a large mysterious stain on the bed sheets.

The room was noisy with the heater making lots of noise and it faces the highway and the window did not filter noise so could not sleep all night.
