“Great location, limited amenities”
We chose this hotel because of the price point and location. It is located just under two miles from Old Town Temecula and very near to the wineries and restaurants. Since this is an extended stay, the "usual" items were not provided (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but there were some bonuses (full size fridge, stove). The employee at the front counter was very nice, efficient, and responsive. I would definitely stay there again, or recommend it to others. Overall, we were happy with the hotel for the price, but if you go, be sure to bring all of your own everyday items.
“Good for the price”
Nice room but without the little extras such as shampoo.
“comfortable and did the job”
the room wasn't bad, clean, and in a good location. We stayed here after the balloon and wine festival so we didn't have to drive home. Having a kitchen was nice to cook in so that we could keep the cost down a bit.
“Great deal, good quality!”
I was very surprised at the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. Convenient amenities, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. We will definately stay again!
“If i go back, it will only be because they are the only hotel that I know of that has a kitchen.”
I love the convenience of having a kitchen in my room, and the prices are fair. However, the cleanliness of my room was so bad that instead of me relaxing after my long trip, I spent about two hours cleaning my room. The floors were either not mopped or weren't mopped correctly. I had to clean the dust in the entire room. The TV remote was dirty with I don't know what. There were stains on the walls, doors, cabinets and refrigirator that I had to wipe down. The glass above the dresser was dirty. I had to clean that too. The head rest of the recliner is filty and smely, so i wasn't even able to enjoy it. Like I said above, if I stay in an Extended Stay America hotel again, it's because they are the only hotel that I know of that has a kitchen in the room.
“Rundown and Dirty”
Thankfully we only stayed one night. The room was dirty and the a/c didn't work. We called the front desk and the maintenance guy came out and changed the a/c. Unfortunately, we were not there when he did it. When we came back to the room late that night, it was blowing cooler air but not cold. When I got up the next morning to take a shower, the shower head broke off in my hand. My husband looked and they had glued it back on. When I complained to the front desk the next morning, the girl at the desk didn't really care. This trip was a bad experience...I would never stay at one of these hotels again.
“not impressed”
The room itself was fine, but the bed springs groaned, the mattress was lumpy, the mattress pad was flimsy, and the sheets and curtains were threadbare. They did not offer anything for breakfast. It was also farther away from the section of Temecula we were visiting than we thought it would be.
“Terrible Temecula Extended Stay America”
Despite having booked a non-smoking room, at the front desk I was told the reservation had been made as for a smoking room by Expedia. The hallways wreaked like cigarettes. Besides, it was NOT the first time this problem happened with Expedia bookings.
“Good Value”
Good Value and Good Location
“not impressed”
The room was well used. The last person to stay cooked fish in the kitchen the smell was horrid. They did not have a room to change us to. w\We will never stay there again
