Very clean. Lobby and restaurant are comfortable and inviting. Literally everything I needed was right downstairs. Loved my stay. Will stay here from now on when visiting Ridgway.

We asked for and were given a room close to the outside door that helped with taking our dog outside! Doggie bags and trash can were supplied nearby! The food in the restaurant was excellent and convenient! We used the reduce price ticket gotten at the front desk which saved us money for Orvis hot springs. Desk personnel were extremely helpful! We will stay here again!

Fantastic stay here! Room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was great - happy hour and daily specials were a great value. Couldn’t beat the view!

Loved this place! Can’t hear everyone else in he room except the screaming children in the lobby. Would stay here again. The breakfast situation could be better, nothing available but coffee and burritos for purchase.

Guy at the "Front Desk" was less than friendly. The front desk / check in area is not labeled in anyway what-so-ever. That area is part restaurant pay-check out, and front desk (but again, you'd never know). I asked, "Where is check-in?" and he sarcastically answered, "You can't check in until 4PM." That was not my question! I asked again and he answered, but without a smile, etc. Some people should not be allowed in Customer Facing positions.

Nice place! We enjoyed our stay, we didn’t get to try the restaurant in the hotel but glad it was an option. The bathroom was kinda small and no elevator so plenty of trips to the car but overall a great place.

Excellent location in a beautiful area with easy access to Ouray, Red Mountain Pass and Telluride. Friendly staff, affordable pricing and cleanliness of the room and property. I will definitely return for another visit.

Best play to stay for the Skyjoring weekend
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible for us. Restaurant needs to figure out a better serving system. The food was delicious.

Mountain Lodge
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night we were there. Check in was average and not very welcoming. Room very clean and comfortable. Parking lot has been cleared. View of Mountain and local residential Christmas decorations nice! Lobby seating comfortable but difficult to watch snowfall! Only coffee next morning even though internet stated fruit included. Would start again. Housekeeping friendly. Front desk morning staff friendly.

This was a great property and we enjoyed our time here. The attached restaurant was a welcomed amenity. The room was in great condition and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone! Lots of fun!

Property was nice and our room was nice. I wish the pillows were better, so I suggest to bring your own pillows. Only other complaint I have is I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for more coffee packets. Our stay was for 4 days. I had 1 packet of regular and decaf, 2 coffee cups and 2 packets with stir sticks, sugar and creamer. On our 2 day we thought they would at least refill our coffee station in our room but didn't. I was disappointed and had to go to the front desk and ask for 3 coffee packets to get us through our stay. We also had to reuse our coffee cups and stir sticks. Other than that, the staff was very friendly.
