“Good Value, Comfortable and Efficient”

The room was well-equipped and had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient - much better customer service than I have experienced elsewhere in Israel. I will return whenever I visit Tel Aviv.

“Vital means business”

This is an unusual hotel, with the entrance like in a business building until you realize that the reception is just to the left of you. The rooms are only on 4th and 5th floor and then the breakfast room and the business lounge on the 12th floor in a building with medical and other business offices. It is joined with a mall. The rooms are in a very nice, modern style. Top breakfast and a great business lounge. A different experience from the standard hotel. I an d my wife like it a lot!

Area recommendations

If you visit Tel-Aviv during the summer season, you may prefer another hotel that is by the beach. For business purposes Hotel Vital in north Tel-Aviv is probably better. It is close to the City hall, the diamond center and other high-tech complexes.

“Comfortable”

“Vital hotel in Tel Aviv - Beware the Car Park!”

Once one gets inside the hotel is OK. But a very significant negative is that there is no signage at eye level when trying to find the hotel by car. Then one has to go to the underground Car Park, which is poorly lit and with very poor signage to the Hotel. There is signage in Hebrew indicating that some of the parking spaces are reserved for other tenants in the building - but one wouldn't know that if one didn't understand Hebrew. So one has now parked in the underground Car Park, but there is no Bellhop service available unless one leaves the car and bags and goes to Reception to get assistance. Totally unacceptable.

we were so overwhelm by the servive, the great room hoe clean and nice it is. great stuff, very accommodating, The big hotels in Israel should learn from them !!!!!! this hotel should be 5 star ***** rating.

“small, but pleasant”

While the rooms were quite small, they were clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful in dealing with challenges I had with lost luggage. They were happy to assist in anyway possible.

“Excelent location”

The Vital represented good value for money; the price was reasonable - by Israeli standards - and the rooms were modern, although the cheapest rooms were small. On our third visit we booked a larger room, and this was far more comfortable. The location was perfect - close to downtown restaurants, theatres, art galleries, museums etc, and the availabilty of undergound parking was a huge plus. The breakfast room was spectacular, with views for miles around, and there was a good selection. In the same locale there is a business centre with two computers, so one can catch up with friends after breakfast. Would go there again.

“Great staff”

The rooms were very small but comfortable, immaculate clean. The staff make the difference. Breakfast were delicious. All together a wonderful experience.

Area recommendations

Depending in your needs. Always the beach area has some kind of special attractions, specially for evenings were there is a lot of activity which we were missing to have closer.
