“THE place to stay in Tel Aviv”

I was completely satisfied with this hotel. Here's why: Right next to train/bus station Excellent Service Nice room Great daily breakfast bufffet Close to the mall and beach Safe neighborhood Cafes/restaurants walking distance away Next to major banks that have us dollar atms I will stay here the next time I go to Israel

“If a hotel can't sell you sleep, its not fit for purpose”

I stayed here before back when it was the Sheraton CIty Towers. Its definitely gone downhill with the new owners. Tel Aviv hotels are lower standard than many other parts of the world, this is higher than most, but not a pleasant place to stay. They have replaced the bedroom carpets with a low quality wood laminate which sounds cheap when you walk on it. But the biggest issue is the noisy rooms. For the first night I stayed in a 12th floor 'deluxe' room. It had a powerful AC fan which drowned out the corridor noise (doors paper thin) but not loud enough to drown out the traffic noise outside, in spite of the double glazed windows. The staff were very good and moved me to the 17th floor where the traffic noise was negligible, but unfortunately the fan wasnt loud enough to drown out the inconsiderate neighbours who stumbled out of the lift at past midnight and called to each other in loud voices. When you spend two nights in a hotel with ear plugs in and a pillow over your head, you know you picked the wrong hotel. Oh, and for UK travelers, the wedding party in the lobby on my 2nd night was like something out of 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' - enough said about the hotel's target market!

“Entspannung”

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas dezentral der Stadt Tel Aviv im Ortsteil Ramat Gan, jedoch sind Strand und Zentrum (ca. 3 km entfernt) über eine nahe dem Hotel gelegene Busstation erreichbar. Ebenso gibt es einen Bus Terminal in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuss), über den man andere Orte in Israel schnell und unkompliziert anfahren kann. Das Hotel selbst ist Anfang 2011 renoviert worden und die Zimmer entsprechen daher einem gutem bis sehr gutem Standard.
