“Just not pretty or nice.”

Just not pretty or nice. Functional but just not a place you want to 'relax' in.

“Good enough”

The Deborah Hotel is in a semi-seedy area, but it's near the beach and on one of the main streets. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby, however, was run down, with liquor bottles and trash on the floor. The hotel staff was hit or miss. Some of them were helpful; some of them were not. All and all, it was acceptable. You get what you pay for.

“Good Value”

The hotel was very clean and had the right amenities. Wireless in the room was a little bit of a bust but it was very strong for the price.

“Great location”

Only stayed one night and had an excellent experience except for parking is expensive. Great Breakfast, room and front desk staff.

Area recommendations

Beach, Beach, Beach, Markets, Malls, restaurants as late as 2am.

“We'll be back”

A good quality hotel with helpful and friendly staff, well positioned for the centre of town and with good bus links to main railway and bus stations. Only a few minutes walk from Tel Aviv's superb beachfront. Our room was quite spacious and, being on the 9th floor, had excellent views over the city and the sea. The breakfast buffet was first class, with a real cornucopia of fresh fruit, fish, vegetables, good quality bread and decent fruit juices, tea and coffee.

“Will never go back”

as you walk along the hallway/corridor we have to cover our nose because it smells like gas, the receptionist gives my H.S classmate a hard time/ long time to wait before she transfer the call to our room, every time I make an outside call even just a local call she has to interrupt me 2x to tell me it's $1/min.

“High Cost - Low quality”

I thought for what we paid, the cost was on the high side. No Underground parking, all our luggage had to be brought in because of theft. The hotel was close to the beach.
