“The center of Tel Aviv”

I usually prefer to stay at small hotels that are a bit off the track. So my expectations were low when I checked into the Crowne hotel. Big rooms and pillows, lots of counter space in the bathroom with a real bathtub separate from the shower. Large closets and free Internet. There is a full gym on the tenth floor with a spa and pool and the hotel itself sits in a mall with several shops around. The views from this hotel are amazing since it is one of the tallest buildings in Tel Aviv. Security is tight as it is everywhere in Israel but the staff is very friendly and speak good enough English even though some are shy to do so. The breakfast buffet is a real buffet with a chef making what you want to order as well as an array of of breakfast foods like salmon, yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables. I was there for business and if I go back, I would stay at the Crowne plaza again. For what you get, the place is clean, comfortable and well priced.

“Right on business traveler needs”

Pros: Easy expedited check-in, great room, nice view, convenient location, close to attractions, shuttle to the Mediterranean beach, money exchange at the admission counter, food court and shopping mall near by. Cons: Expensive internet with daily rates only

“Excellent Choice”

After a long flight, this was exactly where we needed to land. Service is more than accommodating and extraordinarily helpful. The hotel itself is quite modern but clean and warm. I would certainly stay there again if in Tel Aviv.

“City Centre hotel that isnt”

The hotels name is confusing. Yes, it IS located beside one of the main railway stations and it is IS located beside a major shopping mall, but City Centre it is NOT! The city centre is a decent walk, bus ride or taxi drive away. Getting into the hotel from the station is convoluted. You go into the shopping mall at first floor level, go down to ground floor, OUT of the building and try to find the entrance. Clearly marked it is not! This hotel is designed for people arriving by taxi or car Having said that it is full of distinctive features - very well apponted and lifts that you control from outside the lift. How nice to have some free water and chocolates But the lovely staff are a joy - and if you have ever been to Israel you will know how rare that is! So the service alone makes it worth going to this hotel and putting up with the location disadvantages.

We found the hotel extremely comfortable and relaxing, very quiet in terms ofother hotel guests and road noise, despite it being along side a shopping centre and 2 busy roads. couldnt fault it.

“Good choice”

The room was very good and the service at the reception was excellent. There was only one restaurant at the hotel and the service was not good.

“Great hotel in City Center”

The hotel is new, and the rooms are furnished with modern, functional furniture. The full-service health club was great, and they let us pay a reduced rate to stay in our room until we left for the airport at 10pm. Nice views of the city from the guest and dining rooms.
