Very accommodating – fantastic free happy hour wine and snacks!-Free bikes to use- Courtesy upgrade to balcony room (not sure if that was a mistake or not though). Very nice stay so recommended.

This is my second time staying at the centre she hotel. The location is excellent and close to everything that you need in Tel Aviv. I stayed in a room with a city view. I would recommend those rooms. They are a bit larger and more comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a lovely boutique experience. Plenty of free coffee, and water and tea. Happy hour is great and provides you with a little snack and beverage at the end of the day. The Stafford friendly and always available. The hotel is clean and very comfortable.

I had a great stay at the Center Chic Hotel. Very cosy atmosphere, great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. One of the managers- Andrey was very helpful and accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience!

A very nice cozy traditional hotel in an excellent location - right in the heart of Tel Aviv, walkable to many attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. A lovely roof top area with great skyline views of the city. My room had a balcony with a table and chairs - pleasant to enjoy coffee (a coffee maker in the room). Highly recommended. I will be back.

Dodgy check in/ beautifully sorted out next day
After booking and paying for 2 single rooms for 1 night's stay on Hotels.com we were surprised to be given only one room and asked to pay 500shekels! When our booking was sorted out we were then asked to pay another 500shekels for the 2nd room! As we were so tired and confused we paid 500x2 using our credit cards. The next morning we asked the lovely young lady at reception if that was correct. She looked up our reservation and instantly apologised profusely. She said she could see what was wrong. She straight away took our credit cards, reimbursed the 2 payments of 500shekels , printed out receipts and a corrected hotel bill statement, showing all the transactions. She was wonderful. The hotel is lovely and so well situated . I’d stay again ( but after checking to see who was working on reception 😁)!

Unfortunately, It was a very dissappointing experience! Did not sleep well (noise at 2:30am from guests). When asked for a 30 min extension in check out (the evening before they said it shouldn't be an issue), recieved a cold refusal. Overall. Treating your guests with kindness and not brushing them off with no thought, should be a reasonable priority. Will not use my Atlas membership again, that's certain.

Hi Maya; The majority of feedback that we receive is consistently positive and because of this, we are very surprised and sorry that your experience was the opposite. It is important to note that you booked the smallest room and upon check-in you were upgraded to a larger room at no cost. When you messaged the hotel regarding the late checkout it was from your cellphone with no identification. After checkout you moved to our Tal By The Beach hotel where you once again received an upgraded room and VIP amenities at no attentional charge. Our hotel is known to be very quiet. We apologize that other guests were noisy. Taking nothing away from your feelings, we do hope to welcome you again at one of our Atlas hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The area is not really quiet, but the room is. The room was very small but neat. The furniture shows some signs of tear and wear. The bedding linen also shows signs of tear and wear. Overall good for the price.

Fantastic Bauhaus Hotel
Amazing Bauhaus hotel in fabulous, vibrant area. Lot's of perks (free wine and snacks on the roof between 5 and 7), roof top cinema, great toiletries and friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Nice place but really need to improve some basics
Amazing location in Tel-aviv, very friendly staff and very nice atmosphere. However, bed was not very comfortable plus the sewage pipes made noises every 2-3 minutes all night long - which really kept us from sleeping. Additionally, TV is very old with bad image and only basic cable.

One of the best
THE BEST hotel chain in Israel. Always welcoming, clean, and friendly. The photos truly represent the hotel. The rooms include a Nespresso coffee maker and small fridge. We had a truly magnificent breakfast delivered to our room (we stayed during COVID-19 when communal dining is forbidden and it's takeaway or delivery only) and it was enough for two meals.

Great location and staff
I had a great stay at the Center Chic - I've stayed at other Atlas properties in the past and decided to give this one a shot and it was as nice, convenient as the others. The location right in the center of Dizengoff square makes is super conventient to walk through the city, or get to the Sea. The front desk staff was great and helped me with local arrangements and tours.
