We booked for five nights at the Be Live Hotel and when we arrived they had check in paperwork for us. We booked a sea view room and got room 023 which was excellent. You couldn't get a closer room to the sea, it had a great view from a large balcony which had a table and two chairs on it. The room had twin beds which were large. The bathroom is split into two, the first room having two sinks and mirrored wardrobes opposite then a door through to the WC and large shower. We were all inclusive and found the variety of food very good. At meal times both food and drinks are self service. The only thing we didn't like was the coffee; I have never tasted anything like it. We didn't see any of the evening entertainment so can't comment of that but saw the children's evening singing and dancing time which gets a bit monotonous - you would think they could vary the songs. All the staff we came across were friendly and polite. We walked into town which took about 40 minutes to the sea front but there are shops, bars and restaurants on the way. We booked private transfers though A2B Transfers and although we checked our return journey details online they sent a fax to the hotel to pass onto us about our return journey pick up time. We would definitely go back to Be Live Hotel.
Very well run. Staff helpful with all that is asked of them. The hotel is well spread out and takes time to find you way around. Free coach every hour to the beaches in the centre of town. However there is a beach within walking distance. 2 weeks stay and the food was varied. Fresh cooking all the time. Only queues was at the fresh ground coffee machine.
I travelled with my daughter and my two grandchildren ,aged 15 and 13. This was our second visit.
The location of the hotel was first class close to the beach and other amenities. The two kids found friends and plenty to do and were always on the move while my daughter and I enjoyed the clean well looked after pool area.
Meals were excellent with plenty of choice both evening and lunch
All staff were friendly and efficient and all areas were clean and tidy particularly the bedrooms.
We did have a slight disappointment in that we had requested twin rooms next door to each other as we were a mixed party of 2 males 2 females. However we were given 1 double room and a twin room but when questioned Reception informed us it was the only way we could be next door to each other. However we settled down and it did not detract from our holiday.
Would we return? Most emphatically YES.
Great staff who were professional and approachable. Food fresh and varied in the restaurant; Never needing to queue. Apartments were immaculate as were the hotel grounds. Sunbeds were plentiful. Entertainment staff were enthusiastic and provided activities for the children. Evening entertainment limited. Excellent holiday

We where made very welcome as a couple at this great family room ..Staff all very pleasant .Annabell on reception very help gave as a free upgrade to bungalow when room requested was not available. We would return to H10 hotels
Great hotel with loverly junior suite with large balcony overlooking the pools. Slight issue on arrival to room where the overhead fan in bedroom wasn't working and the aircon wasn't blowing out cold air. We rang reception and within 20 minutes a maintenance guy knocked on the door and within an hour both were working satisfactorily. Can't fault them on that response at all. Although that might have been down the the receptionist thinking my partner had said the ceiling was falling in when she advised the ceiling fan wasn't working.
Staff were very friendly & helpful the facilities were excellent. We stayed half board and found the food options to be really nice and plentiful. Lots of variety and choice each night and although there were themed nights they never repeated the meals exactly during the second week maintaining he variety. It was also never a problem to switch our evening meal for a lunch meal or packed lunch if we let them know by 9pm the night before.
Location was about 20-30 minute walk from Costa Tiguise, there was a bus stop a short distance from the hotel and taxis were available for a reasonable price.
We were slightly disappointed that there were some children on the around as the hotels bills itself as adults only, that said they were only there a couple of days and were very well behaved and quiet. So not a major issue.
Overall very happy with our 12 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived we found the staff at this hotel both friendly and professional in their approach. Our room was spotless and we had maid service everyday. The choice of food for breakfast and for the evening buffet was excellent and we were impressed with the creativity in presentation. The pool area was wonderful and there was always plenty of space. The overall impression is of a hotel very well run. The evening entertainment always finished at 12. We had wondered about changing our room because of the noise from the entertainment(our room was in the centre of hotel) but decided to take part in it instead! The staff said they would change our room to a quieter one if we wanted. All the rooms have a view of the pool and I'm sure the rooms away from the centre would be quieter. After 12 it was very peaceful. The glass lifts and vegetation were amazing.
