Great hotel from staff efficiency to hot shower and very comfortable bed. Everything went perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel as a must stay if in Taylor Texas.

The property manager sunny was disrespectful and don't like fixing things like the TV didn't work and he wouldn't fix it... Also he don't listen to what the customer has to say nor does he not give you the room you select on line.. he gives what he wants to give ... Anyways just because I said the TV don't work and complain about my room now I'm band from coming to the best western in Taylor ... In Concussion he's just disrespectful and don't know what he's doing... Ps . He also kept my credit card and denied handing it back to me ...

There were a bunch of junk work trucks in parking lot and sketchy people hanging out on the walkways. Beer cases piled under the stairs and just a really bad vibe about the property and patrons. I really do not understand the positive rating on Expedia. we were booked for 2 nights and was only able to get 1 night refunded

Great stay at Best Western. Breakfast in morning was good. Hotel room was clean and everything worked well. Outdoor pool was cold but it was working.

Clean the outside areas.
The stay was good, except that the sidewalk and parking area needed to be cleaned. There was a sticky spill in front of our door when we arrived, and never was cleaned up. After cleaning our room, no towels were left and we had to go to the office and ask for them. The checkin clerk was extremely nice and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. From check in to check out we only experienced friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean. Didn't get to check out the pool but it looked nice. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Nice and clean but time to update.
Hotel is old but clean. Probably time to update the AC window units. The AC was so loud that it kept us up all night. None of us got any sleep.
