Everything was perfect except, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the fridge on. There was no one at the desk to respond and, unless it’s in my spam, I didn’t get a response to my email. After digging, We found a switch at the very back of a cabinet that turned on the fridge. That should have been done before we checked in.

Staff called before we arrived and was rude. They demanded I update my phone number to the “right number” yet they was able to call me… that was weird. We got in after 9 PM and reception was closed so be sure to call ahead or check with them if you plan on getting in at a later time. They text you check in instructions. This wasn’t obvious from the property description. Parking is tight so be careful if you have a larger vehicle. Room itself is older, bed not comfortable, but it was large with a good view.

We booked for four people to stay in one of the units. That turned out to be a king double, a single in the lounge and a fold out couch. The couch was old, and when unfolded wouldn't fold flat as both the locking hinges on either side had been sheared off, and one hinge was held together by nothing but duct tape. It actually wasn't usable as a bed, but this was what we were given, and having arrived late at night had to make do as the office was closed. Absolutely unacceptable for the bumped-up price they charged! The staff while apologetic weren't able to do anything as they were managers, not the owners... The room was basic and clean, if rather tired and a faint musty smell seemed to linger from the walls. Think twice before staying here.
