“A 5 star hotel - with 1 star service”

Although this hotel is beautifully decorated and in a great location, we were very disappointed with the bad service (except in the bar.) At breakfast we were greeted with miserable faces and they were eager to clear your plates before you were finished eating. Obviously there is a big problem with the management in this hotel and the staff really need training. I have lived in Morocco for 7 years and travel alot here - this is an overpriced 5 star hotel with one star service.

Area recommendations
I think it is much better value to go to the Hotel Continental in Tangier. It is way cheaper and has much better service.

“Ben posizionato sul lungomare a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.”

Buon compendio qualità prezzo.La rstorazione è pessima,piccola colazione appena accettabile,cena CARISSIMA e scadente!! Gentili alla reception.

“Hotel RIF & SPA de Tanger, des efforts à faire contre les bruits extérieurs”

L'accueil de cet hotel est tres bien, le personnel est avenant et est à votre écoute, le confort est présent et l'offre des services est bonne, mais attention l'isolation acoustique (fenêtres) n'est pas la meilleure qui soit surtout le samedi soir le quartier est animé (boites de nuit et restaurants proches) jusqu'au milieu de la nuit voire très tôt le matin. Des travaux étaient en cours dans l'hotel (période début d'automne) . Si vous cherchez le calme, attention vous êtes prévenus.

“SEJOUR A TANGER AU RIF”

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien 10/10. Mais pour ceux qui ont une voiture de location pas de parking. L’accueille des clients n’est pas du tout chaleureux et la cuisine du restaurent est très médiocre.

Sur la Bd. Corniche prêt de l’hôtel Schengen, vous avez un café dont je ne souviens de nom où avez un bon petit pas très cher, Visiter le Park (enfant) qui se trouve sur la route vers le nouveau port

“Wel redelijk”

Dit was mijn eerste bezoek aan Marokko. Tevens was het zakelijk, dat scheelt in de beleving uiteraard. Personeel is vriendelijk, spreekt matig Engels maar gaat daar geduldig mee om. Hotel is schoon, kamer was verzorgd (niets stuk o.i.d.). Kamers zijn wel gehorig, dus je hoort alles van de buren. Ookal doen die rustig. Mijn kamer had 'zeezicht', maar was ook meteen aan de drukke boulevard. (veel (vracht) verkeer). Raam dicht dus! Al met al was dit Hotel redelijk ok, al heb ik geen referenties omdat dit mijn eerste bezoek aan Marokko was.

“Da evitare il ristorante...”

Per gli standard marocchini e di Tangeri in particolare si tratta un'alternativa più che sufficiente. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, l'albergo è ben tenuto anche nelle parti comuni. Da evitare il ristorante interno (la cucina non è nulla di speciale, oltretutto carissimo) e occhio quando si cambiano i soldi alla reception: a noi hanno provato ad applicare un tasso nettamente sfavorevole (1 euro=10 dirham invece che 11 dirham).

“qualité /prix/emplacement = correct”

Cet hotel ne vaut pas plus .la chambre est bien,la salle de douche est minimaliste . bon rapport qualité /prix
