Overall we have a good stay
We like to choose Holiday Inn for a stay when we are on holidays in Europe. Cuz it is clean and simple. The receptionist was nice and friendly when we checked in. We hope we can have more opportunities to stay somewhere else with them again.

There is no shampoo or conditioner and only body wash for soap - so pack those with you. Excellent breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, which is great. The rooms could have been a little cleaner, but nothing too bad. I was given a 10% voucher for use in the restaurant, but I wasn't told it didn't apply to alcohol before I used it. That should be made clear on the voucher and when it's handed out. But overall I had a good stay and I would stay there again.

Conveniently located and clean
Conveniently located close to the train station and city centre. Not all the rooms have a safe but you can ask to the reception for a safe box in the storage room. Clean and confy. The breakfast is too expensive and it's not good value for money.

Great hotel!
Amazing hotel, lovely, friendly, very helpful staff. Great location, near to everything. Breakfast had everything you could want. Immaculately clean. Perfect stay!

Convenient to Tampere Train Station
Very nice and convenient central hotel. Sauna was good. Excellent breakfast and evening meal but restaurant not open for lunch. Easy walk from level 2 along platform to train station.

Great for the city stayover
Deluxe room was more of a comfort room. Not a huge price difference, so not minus on that. Name implied just a bit more that we got. Great place to stay and will again.

Very nice modern hotel right next to the train station, and only 10mins from the centre of town, room was excellent very comfortable and had a great night sleep, the girl on reception was very helpful and even gave us 10% off for the restaurant attached where the food was excellent, very good place to stay and would use it again,

The service at the reception was slow at times. At breakfast I didn´t like the way white bread should be cut by the customer with the knife . I had some problem with my hand and could not do it. There were no ready-cut slices of white bread. The same with tea - only tea packed in plastic which was hard to get open.

Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet and clean room with an excellent view. One day room service accidentally skipped my room, but other than that, everything was excellent!
