“Not too shabby”

I feel like, for the price I paid, the hotel was okay. They were doing some "remodeling"...the hotel seems a little old on the inside. There are 4 floors, the second floor hallway stunk pretty bad. The people across the hall from us had two dogs that barked constantly throughout the night. My boyfriend and I left the do not disturb sign up the whole time we were there because we went shopping and had tons of bags in our room and we didn't want anything to go missing..Not because we thought the housekeeping would steal, but better safe than sorry. Overall, it could've smelled much better, and been a little more updated, but the room was clean, the TV worked, the AC was good, the shower was hot and running right. 3 out of 5.

“Ups and downs”

The location of this hotel was perfect, right across the street from the University of South Florida. Although I asked for a quiet room, the first room I was given was directly under remodeling and a jack hammer was being used directly above--and the room had a very bad odor. I complained and the desk manager moved me to a room on the first floor that was much nicer, apparently somewhat refurbished, and very quiet and comfortable. So it all worked out and I got a good night's sleep. Free internet which is nice. I was able to walk several blocks to a lovely Vietnamese restaurant which was excellent.

“GOOD DEAL!”

Well I have to say that I can possible even walk to Bush Gardens, I didn't but it is possible, it will be a 30 minutes walk, about 1 mile, the hotel was clean, my husband complaint about his bed was uncomfortable, and also our TV was broken, but since I am the one that is doing this opinion, I have to say that I do not care about watch TV, and my bed was very comfy, so I really have to say that for "ME" the hotel was great.

“Awsome place for the price”

This was a very nice place and the service was excellant.It is convienant and the free continental breakfast was very good. They had fruit, yogurt waffles juice and alot more.

“Close to Busch Gardens and Yingling Brewery”

It's great if you're traveling on a budget and don't really care about fancy shmancy stuff. It's great to stay in if you're going to Busch Gardens or just want to take a quick 10 minute drive downtown for a good bite to eat.

“friendly and efficient staff”

We found the hotel to be clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to please. The exercise room was nicely equiped and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety.

The hotel was very close to the University of South Florida which we were touring. It was also extremely close to Busch Gardens.

“Nice Hotel for the money”

I have been deceived so many times by hotels that look good on screen, that I never know what to expect, but When I got thereI was suprised. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendy and very helpful. Everything was better tha n expected. I had a problem with wireless internet for my laptop, I call and within 5 minutes someone was there to help. the only inconvenience was the heat in thehallways and the elevator, but was told that the A/C was being replaced. I am 100% sure, I will go back.
