“Very Nice Hotel”

Very nice staff. Great outside pool/hot tub area. Wonderful morning breakfast. The elevator was out for our entire stay and the front desk staff, without asking, tried to accomodate us to the lowest possible floor. Excellent service.

“Not Impressed”

called ahead to let them know we wouldn't be able to use the room on Friday night, but would still need it for Sat night. Hotel would not cancel Friday's reservation. Checked in Sat late afternoon and they had cancelled our reservation for Sat night! No refunds for either night though. Manager got us a room for Sat. Room was OK, not great. Broken hinge on closet door, only one room "key" worked. Not all that impressed. had to pay for 2 nights and only used 1 night.

“Excellent weekend away !”

From the moment we entered the hotel our experience was so positive. We arrived at the hotel at about 10:00, so we thought the hotel would not be ready but we were happily surprised when we were told the room was ready. The room was immaculately clean and everything looked new!!! The neighborhood was much better than what we had experienced on our last visit to Busch Gardens at a different hotel. The next morning we helped ourselves to a wonderful continental breakfast ! When it was time to go our kids began to cry! Hopefully we will return to this hotel soon!

Family-friendly activities

Busch Gardens is a wonderful place for families to visit. Children there will be able to get on plenty of rides as well as seeing Seasame Street characters .

“Going back soon”

the only problem i had was to wait 10 mins for someone to take care of meto check in.and room wasnt finish getting ready even know i was a haft an hr early.but all was wonderful.breakfast was great i even got up around 10am i thought i was to late but it was still going to like 1030 it was great.rooms was very clean and bathroom as well.it was great, from hotel to busch gardens was very close. they even had a park across the street called the lettuce lake park it was wonderful as well it was very nice too.it cost 2 per car to get in and it was a walk it almost remind me of a zoo just with lots of playgrounds.

“High Quality Hotel”

This hotel was outstanding when traveling. It is a business quality hotel, so staying here when visiting was very comfortable. I travel a few times per year and this was the best hotel that I have stayed at while traveling and looking for a reasonable price. This is a five star hotel for the traveler.

“Very Nice Near Busch Gardens”

We recently stayed at this hotel (7-14-2011) for one night. We really enjoyed the stay. The two room suite is a decent sized living room area with a sofa bed and a HUGE bedroom and bathroom. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The service was great. The hotel is very close to Busch Gardens. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The area the hotel was in seemed safe. I was able to take a walk in the morning before leaving to go to the park.

“No so great”

The hotel is newer, so you can expect it to be clean, and have that fresh look. The pictures online are very deceiving. The rooms are very small, and have no tables to dine. It is not nearly as nice as the pictures portray. I had a bad experience with the level of service. Upon my arrival I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was able to check into my room. The check-in attendant had left the front desk to "help with a matter requiring my attention". To say the least, the last thing anyone wants to do after a long road trip is to wait to check in. The breakfast was horrible. I went downstairs to find the eggs had not been refilled, nether were the pancakes, cereal, sausage, milk, or orange juice. The muffin and biscuits were too hard to consume, and the cranberry juice tasted watered down. There were a few topless guys staggering around the hotel parking lot and pool, with Dixie cups in their hands. To say the least, this didn't make me feel very secure, or give me the comfort I desire while with my family. My recommendation. Find a better place.
