Small room, Hard bed, Overpriced

Posted 15-Dec-2014
Pros: The location is OK.
Cons: Bigger rooms, Thicker walls (could hear everything especially with hard wood floors), Put more than one towel in the room. A minifridge please!
Location: FSU graduation.
Overall the room was VERY SMALL with a large king sized bed that was HARD. Really not worth it for a good King Sized Bed if it hurts your back in the morning. The room was VERY SMALL. Really not worth the price for the room. I won't be staying here again... EVER... I forgot to mention they ran out of room keys. They did manage to find one to give me after searching but not one for my wife. Only one towel in the bathroom, had to go to office again to get more... Not a good place. AVOID!

Very basic room

Posted 12-Dec-2014
Nothing wrong with the hotel per se, just super basic, bare bones room for crashing at night. No fridge or microwave, ironing board but no iron. Staff was very friendly however, and overall the room was clean.

Great experience for a busy game day weekend. Easy check-in and out. Right next to Cracker Barrell which made for good, not expensive breakfasts before tailgating.

Dirty Hotel

Posted 30-Nov-2014
Pros: location was ok
Cons: cleaning staff
Location: Close to downtown and shopping
The hotel is being re-furnished but the cleaning staff does a terrible job. The shower was not cleaned, there was blood on a light fixture and a dirty pillow left under the bed. I have stayed in many hotels but this is one is one of the worse I have been in for a long time. I will not be staying in another Red Roof Inn ever...

Overall poor

Posted 24-Nov-2014
Room not ready. Wall air condition not on at arrival and door was left open for cleaning staff on a rainy day so humid with leaves on the floor. Front desk unattended a good bit of the time. Housekeeping staff loud and would not acknowledge guest's presence or attempts at conversation. I killed two cockroaches in my room...one on my bed as I slept. I left the third alive in the shower. Furniture hardware rusty and furniture taped together. Would not recommend.

Good Place to Stay on a Game Weekend

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Cons: The check in time is at 1pm but you are asked to checkout by 11am, we wished we actually had a full 24 hours.
This hotel was pleasing for a night stay during a game weekend. It is walking distance from a Cracker Barrel. Rooms would be tiny if you have more than two people in the room at once.
