Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, there was laundry 24/7, and they offer free drinks and snacks. It’s also in a very convenient location and it was easy walking to different trains and buses.

The hotel is designed with efficiency, we would stay again if we come back to Taipei. The proximity to the red line subway is very helpful when traveling with public transit. The room was very clean and bathroom as well, the water pressure was amazing. Tim, on Night Shift was very friendly and helpful, so was everyone we met at reception. We had a nice stay and do not have anything negative to say. Thank you Via Hotel!

The hotel is situated in a rather convenient area. There is a hotpot skewer restaurant underneath and next to the building, which is why there is a very strong smell even from the 2/F floor in the reception and the floor above. The room is within reasonable size but the overall of the room doesn’t feel very clean. You can see molds everywhere in the room, the wall behind the mattress, the curtain, the bathroom etc. Feels very rundown. We had a room that had window but the windows and walls aren’t very thick. We can clearly hear car sound and next doors turning on the water tap. The common lounge so called were supposed to provide drinks and snacks. But most of the snacks were provided in very limited quantities (i.e. only 10 cup noodles). Drinks were provided, but cups were constantly missing and not refilled with clean cups. There are many petite hotels in Taipei are proving similar amenities services but honestly this one by far is not up to par in this area. The worst of all from our experience was the water pressure and the temperature control! What a nightmare! Hot and cold all the time, I think it all depends on if your next room is using water or not!!! The shower cubicle bi-folding doors were not properly built. Lots of gaps between glasses and therefore when you shower, the floor is doomed to flood. This happens to quite a few of the rooms which our friends stay. What a terrible experience! I think overall it’s not worth it’s value.

Got to spend the night in Taipei on a long layover. Found this hotel and loved it. Extremely comfy and clean!! Great staff. Very helpful I could walk anywhere and find delicious food!!! Price was so great and quality was top notch.

We’ve stayed at all variety of hotels and this is one of our favorites. Fun and convenient for young families. The lounge area, beverage and ice machine were an awesome touch. Front desk staff friendly and pleasant. Love!

Staff were great, free water and snacks were a huge plus, very receptive to comments/ feedback. Rented a room without window but glad it still had a small one for the bathroom. Still felt a bit stuffy, but could just be that we didnt adjust the a/c right. overall great hotel

What a surprising little Hotel. Wow , staff and facilities were amazing. For a small hotel chain, it was so affordable and really central location. Will definitely come back whenever I travel to Taipei.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is good. Love the laundry service they provided there. They also have snack for the guests is a plus. Especially when we don’t have a chance to eat and they provide instant noodles❤️ it

Can’t complain with this price. However the photos are misleading as the building is old and in a business building instead of proper hotel lobby setup, the room I stayed is dark, a bit humid, and the ceiling is low. The bed and shower are quite good with this price.

The bed is super comfy and they have plenty of snack for you to munch when you are hungry. You can always grab some bites from the 24 hours convenience store near the hotel.

Clean and convenient located small hotel
Friendly and helpful service. Room is modern and well furnished, above expectations, with city view. Breakfast and are free, and they have snacks and drinks fresh coffee all day long for free 24 hours, which are ideal for us. Downtown subway and bus just outside and across the intersections and you won't have any problem. Highly recommended.

nearby hospital, so you can expect to hear sirens from the ambulance time to time, as the noise isolation of the wall is not that great. This is common among many taiwan hotels. Service is great and cleaning is prompt when requested. Nearby a few convenience store and late snacking street side stalls in walking distance. Not nearby metro (10 min walk to Shuanglian Metro) but sheltered and walkable. However, it seems that the bedsheet from day 1 of stay was not cleaned (had some stale smell, either from previous guests or poor cleaning.)

My second time staying at the loft hotel. Last time I stay in the ximending branch. I find the room here is a bit larger than the ximending one. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. There are two types of pillow provided. Soft and compact. The toilet is spacious. I booked a room without window. I'm not sure why but I can't use my own 4G when I was in the room but it wasn't a big deal because the hotel wifi is running pretty smooth too. Light breakfast provided. They even provide snacks and instant noodles for supper. It was a pleasant stay overall for the price being. It's near the shuanglian station. It's the opposite direction of going Ningxia night market. Just walk all the way straight from the exit for about 7 mins to the hotel.

Outside may look a little shabby, but inside was completely renovated, tiled floor in bathroom. Bidet on the toilet was a nice surprise. Though circulation in the room was not that good if the AC was off, AC worked very well and quickly when you came in and turned it on. Morning breakfast was limited but had coffee, tea, biscuits, chinese bread, peanut butter, cereal, yogurt. Easy access to Red line or other buses. Very walkable and safe. Would stay here again.
