The rooms were big especially in Taiwan standards. The property was renovated and we had a great stay. There is a shopping mall right beside the hotel with tons of food options.

My kids love this hotel! There’s a 7-11 on the ground floor, where they can buy food and breakfast everyday. Another reason why we like this place is because they have self serve washing machines and dryers!!! Very convenient for families with children.

Very nice hotel with a great and helpful staff. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor which is convenient because there is not many food establishments that open early.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made it very easy to navigate around Taipei and help even though I didn’t know the language. Thank you immensely. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

We were given the room at the lowest floor next to the banque/convention hall, which is a bit noisy, and the aircondutioning was set at 20 degree C that was too cold for sleeping

If you go in the winter months, know that there is no heating in the building. You can ask for a portable heater and extra blankets, but ours didn’t work very well.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, overall the staffs and the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There were two downside for the room that we stayed: 1) Sound proof was not very good, we could hear someone slammed the door through out the night, not sure were the bathroom door or what. We needed to change to another room for a good night sleep. 2) The bath tub was very tall, you need to climbed into the tub to shower, making it very dangerous.

We took Family Quadruple Room with Balcony that is nice for 2 adults & 2 childrens. Room & toilet are clean. Balcony can view part of Taipei 101 building.

Staff at entrance were excellent and provided attentive professional service when calling taxis, providing care when handling luggage and directions. Front desk staff and dining area staff also helpful and first class. The only retraction is the standard room. The design is a bit dated and the lighting is rather low.

great hotel. room is clean n spacious! location is at Taipei Arena n that means a distance away from the city ctr. but dont worry travelling around is easy. MRT station is 10mins walk away.

Stayed here about 5 times over the past 2 month trip to Taiwan. Everytime the hotel is good ---good sized room, fully equipped gym, large lobby, business center. Only issue I had was the hotel design is a large open area in the center with the buffet restaurant on the ground floor. All the rooms encircle the open atrium area, so the smells from the restaurant cooking circulate and come into the guest rooms. They fry fish and that smell is a bit strong to wake up to and encounter at lunchtime and dinner. They need to install better kitchen ventilation systems.

Central heating didn't work and the dehumidifier didn't last long so it was really uncomfortable and damp through a couple of cold nights. One day did not have replacement of floor mat and towels.

Service was great, and the hotel is near a mall and MRT stations. The room we had was comfortable enough, but can be cleaner. The vents were covered in dust and the areas under the beds were dusty as well.
