“Fabulous Hotel!”

San Want is literally 'all you could possibly want' in a hotel. Great people, great food, great facility. Don't miss the breakfast--it is fabulous!

“Exceptional Service Hotel”

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights at the end of June 2011 and we only have excellent things to say about this hotel. The hotel is very modern, clean and quiet. The hotel always has many staff available to greet you, to open doors for you, to assist you with maps, and to get you a taxi. I speak English and very little Chinese and I had no problems communicating with the staff in both languages. We also enjoyed complimentary breakfast each morning on the 2nd floor. They served both western and traditional Chinese breakfast. I really liked how the restaurant staff made every effort to remember us (we only told them our room number once on the first day and they remembered us from then on every morning after). I also appreciated how they remembered our special orders for each morning. They cooked special eggs for my husband and cooked egg fried rice me every morning. If you do not see what you want to eat but see that they use the food you need to make what you want, they are happy to make a special dish for you. And another thing which I think is pretty big, we had requested a king bed but when we got there we had two twin size beds. I called and asked about the king bed and while we were out for dinner, the hotel switched the beds for us. The bed is comfortable (very firm) and they have a very modern japanese bathroom complete with a very smart TOTO toilet. Book with this hotel - you will be glad that you did!

“ThePerfectHotel”

This hotel was great. I showed up early (9am) and they took my bag at the desk and I had some tea and cookies in the lobby, then went out. When I showed up later (~4pm) they had upgraded me to the park view room, and already taken my bag up. The room was far beyond my expectations, there was complementary fresh fruit and water (which is already better than most hotels). The room itself was beautiful and well located near the metro. I speak no Chinese, but had no problem communicating with the staff. I don't know if I have ever stayed in a better hotel.

“Very impressed!!!”

This hotel is a hidden germ! The location and quality of service are wonderful. The staff were truly amazing. When I checked out the hotel, I felt a little sad as if I were leaving home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Japanese bathtub was a very nice bonus!

“コンパクトで清潔”

ホテルは、清潔でコンパクト、利用して不満はなかったです。駅から遠いのは、土地勘がない人には使いづらいかも。ただ蘆州線ができてから、松江南京駅までは歩ける距離になったのでまたチャンスがあれば利用したいホテルでした。

“Room & service Very good !!”

新しく快適で素敵なホテルでした。外観からは他の4,5つ星ホテルより引けを取るかもしれませんが新しいホテルなので最新の設備（ウォシュレットやTV等）が備わっておりお部屋が快適でスタッフの気遣いやサービスがとても良かったです。中山駅まで徒歩10分ほどかかるのが唯一の難点でしたがそのほかの面は問題なく他の有名な4,5つ星ホテルよりグレード高いかと思います。またぜひ利用したいです。

“お味噌汁が美味しい”

今回初めて宿泊しました。立地は、駅から少し遠いですが、ホテル前の道はバスが頻繁に運行していて不便を感じませんでした。飲食店も周りにあります。ホテルの前が公園だからなのか、とても静かでした。スタッフの方も日本語が上手で、質問した事にも熱心に答えてくれました。夕方にラウンジを利用しましたが、カップラーメンが３種類餅菓子が３種類、果物とせんべい、各種飲み物がありました。このようなラウンジがあるのは、非常にありがたいです。部屋も清潔でアメニティーも色々揃っていました。あえて言うなら、シャワーブースからバスタブに移動するのが少し大変でした。ただ、バスタブは大きすぎるくらいで、疲れがとれました。朝食は種類は多くありませんが、日本で食べるような、お味噌汁があり、おかわりをしてしまうほどでした。

“非の付打ち所がない”

他のレビューを読んでこのホテルを選択しましたが、期待以上でした。意地悪な視点で粗探しを試みましたが、残念ながら見つかりませんでした。ハード、ソフト、価格面、あらゆる点で満足です。お高くとまった日系＆欧米系の高級ホテルよりも、遥かに価値がありました。次回台北を訪れる機会があれば、また是非宿泊したいと思います。
