The staff is super friendly and very helpful. While the property is a bit outdated but the location is supberb. I wish they would be a bit more flexible with the check in time like in the US - a whopping NT5400 if wanting to check in early that's a full day rate. Other than that, great service.

The room is well equipped, super clean, and pleasant to be in. I love having a balcony! And you might get a good view of 101 and large parts of the city and surrounding mountains. The staff is welcoming and helpful way beyond what I see in other hotels, and I see a lot.

You can actually hear the room next door if they cough or make noise. It's a thin wall. My internet was out from 2am-until 8am. Didn't get my work done.

Generally satisfactory as a 4-start hotel. Very friendly and efficient but breakfast and lunch are both of low quality. Room design not practical for non business travelers. Got very good price as I booked late last year.

101타워 도보로 접근 가능하며 5분거리에 로컬야시장과 까르푸있어요. 룸도 넓고 비교적 깨끗하고 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 공용시설 헬스장은 러닝머신 두개, 자전거 하나, 아령이 땡입니다. 세탁기도 있구요. 방안에 다리미 잘들어서 와이셔츠 잘 다려입었습니다.
